Hey Michael one thing real quick, not all of them yamada ppl are related, some of them might be relatives but not all of them, they take in talented kids into the dojo so the family remains strong, people like toma. The clan absorbs new blood from the street sometimes.

I think it’s rank 1 that’s closest to being the next clan leader in regards to the ranking of strength though that’s where I’m equally confused cause I’m not too sure who among the is the strongest one cause for example you take someone like Senta who looks harmless and a bit chubby who is rank 5 and then you have someone like Fuchi who is rank 9 and he seems like a problem judging from that feeling of death he gave Tamiya when he pointed his sword at him so it’s super hard to tell who the strongest one is😂

I understand that part, but is Rank 1 closest to being the next clan leader or like Rank 10? Essentially is Rank 1 low and Rank 10 the highest? Or is it like “He’s ranked 1st so the best”?

From what I was told apparently they are ranked in regards to who is next in line or who has the potential to be the next clan leader not based on strength specifically
