Right! And also look at the names of the Zanpaktos. There is a resemblance in name from Ishhin to Ichigo. Engetsu...Zangetsu....it's the little details

Love your reactions bro! As an avid Manga reader I have to interject that the anime left out the explanation as to why Aizen slashed Isshin. He slashed him in a specific area so that he couldn't use Bankai. I hate they left that out but I am loving the anime adaptation so far!

Misaki isn't related to Ryuken, Misaki (the Kurosaki) family got kill somehow and she the only surviving member and Ryuken (the Ishida) family let Misaki stay at they place with the intention of marrying her to Ryuken since she is a pure quincy.

What a peak episode man, the lighting, effects, music, and especially the emotion that the characters had this episode. Exceeded my expectations, can’t wait for the big finale next episode(s), the continuation of everything but the rain and the blade and me. Get hyped!
