In all seriousness, this fellow appears in Chapter 007 - Clearance, and is key in revealing some information about 621. Chapter 007 is a good chunk of the demo I'm chipping away at, and I'm looking forward to polishing this guy up.
"A nameless doctor of many years and few words stationed at one of BAWS's outposts, and tasked with maintaining the health of the workers who inhabit it. Even amidst the increasing pressure from the PCA, it has long been company policy to turn a blind eye to undocumented patients, and administer care to anyone who can cough up the credits for treatment."
