Animation Update

I'm not going to use this rig for Handler Walter since it's waaay overscoped and would cause more work rather than reduce it, but with some tuning and a new image library I think it's going to be in a good place. Ultimately, I'm going to end up with a little bit of traditional animating, and little bit of live 2D. The big caveat is always full body pose transitions, so the next step is just to see how something like a crossfade works, rather than make an entire Vtuber model for everyone like this rig here.
This weekend I went through the asset list and did some housekeeping so I can reskin characters like NPC's and recycle basic animations to save time and sanity. Fingers crossed this is the last time I ever have to think about this (it won't be, it never is).
