Hello, this is Elephant Secret Box.
We’ve just discovered an error in the tier settings on our page. The tier was mistakenly set to "Donation" instead of the intended "Wallet" tier.
If you have accidentally subscribed to the incorrect tier, we will issue a refund.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and will take extra care to prevent this from happening again.
Thank you.
