Patreon Project Updates #1
🕑 Added 2023-08-12 00:51:04 +0000 UTCHello my dear Patrons. It's the (almost) middle of August! Here to give ya updates on where I'm at right now.
Hero!
College has me beat. Hero comic updates won't be until I deal with finals first, which is prolly after 18, but then again on 18 I have to prepare to go to my hometown. Won't be back to my college dorms until the end of August. My family is quite unpredictable and can interfere with my workflow so updates and projects may slow down at that time duration. I won't be a freshman after finals. That's crazy.
Later today or tomorrow, I will show you developed designs for more Hero characters! I'll give you a hint for some of them- I'm putting a lot of focus on grabbing Undertale design ideas and from the Pokemon Anime for these characters.
Keychains?
I'm collaborating with my partner to help develop rain world merch to sell. We are still figuring out some things but when we're confident with what we're on, I'll give updates and hopefully we can make an interest check (which will be public).
We're planning to do Vanilla Slugs for Series 1. If successful or if enough demands, we will do Series 2 with More Slugcats. This is still tentative. We're eyeing on either Vograce or Zapcreatives for our potential manufacturer.
More Animated Emotes!
I've been itching to make more animated slug emotes in the future. Perhaps dancing ones or anything zany. I want more dance-motes! But animating dancing is hard. In the meantime, do stay tuned for more emotes in the future and join my emote servers for updates on new free to use emotes.
Feel free to share them around.

Other in-development Projects
Here's some quick status updates on my other projects:
- Rain World but Furry cosmetic mod - Hiatus for a while! Painterly is a bit hard and I haven't been in the correct mood as of late to really focus on it.
- Rain World Shipping Dictionary - The table itself is very filled up. I plan to make an update in the coming week. When I need to, I'll contact people who own some of the missing ships.
- Hunt and Helm dub video uploads - Very dependent on my editor. Still working on issues...
Misc. Projects
Here's a list of projects that's been surrounding my head for a while (they're in idea phase). I'm unsure when I'll push them out but I'll leave them out to the window just in case. Interested in any? Let me know.
- Drawing every Rain World creature
- Rain World themed Snacks and more Filipino dish translations
- Decal Designs for the other iterators (I have already done Moon)
- Rain World Slugcats as Pokemon
- Rain World Art Challenge Prompts for Tumblr and Twitter
- Development on Rain World Colony AU
- Rain World Ship Tag Polling
- Adoptables??????????
Commissions Queue and Paypal Shenanigans...!
My Commission queue is quite long. Lots of clients! There's a lot of demand for my art, and with Paypal's update on Conversion fees that's set to be introduced on September, I must increase my commission prices. This will take effect on August 22, 2023 8 AM Philippines Time (8+GMT). Not to worry, if you queue in before that date, you will be ensured the before price. The only downside is that you have to wait!
Paypal has been up on my sleeves, limiting my account since its new. It's suspicious of my activity which is why it has been limiting on how much I'm receiving. It's annoying and it's also asking me for an updated id. Unfortunately for me, my passport is expired. I'll have to go back to my hometown to get a new one (and a national id to boot). People in the past have tried to give me alternatives, but none of them are viable for three reasons:
1. They're not available in the Philippines
2. If it's available in the Philippines for Global, I have to pay larger fees than what Paypal asks from me.
3. Available in the Philippines... but only between Filipino Citizens (G-cash)
Oh give me a break...!
Hopefully this will be resolved on late August.
Patreon Rewards?
Sorry it's been a while, but the list is now active on my Tumblr (and it will soon be active on my Carrd)! Please let me know if you'd like your name to be changed and let me know if you have a tumblr so you can be tagged on the post!
For Smoothie tier patrons, I will deliver your sketch rewards soon hopefully!
That's all I can share for now. Attached are carousel pngs and a photoshop file for the curious ones to see how I work. Ciao.
