The big downside to this is that I can't input any nudity and kind of randomly selective when I do upload non-nude photo's. As for the audio I might be limited to what I can say. Like swearing ect.

Chromakey is one option. You render the image twice, once with clothes for AI and once nude. In the nude version you then color (with photo editing software) the head area solid green or bleu (depending on what the video editing software uses for chromakeying) Chromakeying then let's you project the AI version on that solid green color. This technique was often used for weather forecasters, where they projected weather maps on a green screen behind them. It's also still used in movies, when you see a person in an environment that's computer generated. The second option is more labour intensive. You start of with the 2 same nude and non-nude versions of the image. You then split the AI generated video into individual sequential images (with some video editing software). These images are then merged with the nude image in a photo editing software (using a script and batch conversion), after that You then turn these new sequential images and the audio track back into a new video. I've used this last technique to create BE-clips and turned 360ยฐ-turntable clips into 3d-stereoscopic clips, in the past. I hope this helps a bit.

There are ways to overlay a nude body on top of the non-nude AI generated video. It al depends on the capabilities of the software you use.
