The reason why Lana doesn’t come out much in the original is bc Lana said she heard the track and decided it didn’t need much besides her backing vocals to elevate the song but then everyone wanted more Lana so that is why Taylor got Lana to do a verse and released the “ft More Lana” version!

Yeah, I agree, I really enjoy hearing the entire album at once, but totally understand why artists choose to/need to do singles!
