my nephew => 日本語の方では甥と言う単語が出ていないので、my dearの方が自然な流れに聞こえるかも知れません。 ”おばさん”を強調したい場合、Auntie uses such a big oneがよろしいかと。 is it's makes suck marks left on => is, it leaves suck marks onの方がスッキリ伝わると思います。 こんな母乳おばさんの甥になりたい人生だった……

What you had is fine this just seems more natural. After ああこれ?(Aah, this?) The ふふ can be directly translated to fufu. It shows her amusement at the nephew's curiosity

If you want it to sound natural replace 'trouble' with 'problem'
