"oh,I see."の部分は単独の文章なので"Oh, I see."とした方がよろしいかと。 表情に乏しい女のレイプって、意地っぱりな魅力がありますね。ほんのりついたお腹の肉が柔らかそう。

in american english we don't usually say "upper-level management" since "upper management" already works. "Sexual experience? Yes I have. There's no partner at the moment" should be "Sexual experience? Yes, but there's no partner at the moment."

i'd like to add that i'm not a native english speaker so don't take my word for granted.
"it order is clearly sexual harrasment." change to "that order is clearly sexual harrasment". i also think "it is clearly rape" could be changed to "this is clearly rape"
