This getting liked reminded me to add: we now have THREE Joker-like villains haunting Apex City!! Dad Joker, Silly Billy, and Tom Foolery. That's one, impressive, and two, remarkable because they're all so different, despite having the same initial energy of "vaguely like the Joker from the Batman universe"

I forgot to comment earlier but I absolutely loved this one!!!!! Getting to see a new Captain Laserbeam-specific villain? the BEST!!!!! Seems like he's the start of darkness for at least two villains... Tinker Taylor and now Silly Billy.... something to ponder...
