Largely to improve older content that is awkwardly written. It would be entirely rewriting older events but, generally, keeping the event itself the same general content. This would also include adding more options to some of them based on both gender and what you want to do in the given situation.
2. Turn the sewers into a subterranean bioluminescent swamp. This option would likely be the most work but also probably the most fun. It would require entirely redoing the sewer system currently used and likely adding onto it with new rooms. It would require adding new monsters to populate the area, new events, editing older events from the sewers to fit the change, and potentially even new NPC's.
3. Human + feral or monster events or video tapes. This would mostly just be events or video tapes you come across that would show off some gay sex between human and feral or monster/anthro creatures. The events would likely have some options for what the character wants to do, the very least being whether they stay and witness the event or not. The events or video tapes would most likely have human on bovine, equine, canine, or feline sex as those are the types I prefer. I could be convinced to expand my range however if specific types are most needed. These events might be tf based or just monster/feral on human sex.
4. Sea Dragon NPC. This would be one of the more fun options in my opinion. I would write an entirely new NPC, a sentient sea dragon that players could first meet during an event and or encounter on the beach. He would be a pleasant and intelligent being to talk to and might be willing to have sex with any male that he takes a shine to. Depending on whether I do it eventually he might show up in a few random events other than the one you meet him in.

Oh, we do updates all the time - it's just that I do a once a month roundup blog post to tell everyone with what was put in during the last month. The bigger update with the new export system was just delayed a little for extra testing.
