That's what I thought, but I noticed I could take away my vote and apply it to something else which only changed the number by 1 (I then re-applied it to Lucifer) so do the four voted only count when I first vote on something? If so that would make more sense.

For the record I'm asking about that since I've noticed that Lucifer and the city expansions are neck and neck, and if I did have the extra votes, as is stated in the perk, that would put Lucifer over the other by 1 vote (currently anyway), but maybe other people also have less votes than they should and the city's actually much higher. I really don't know.
Just noticed something, I've got the $25 pledge, yet only get one vote on the poll?
