There are two .json start files like in the previous update:
The 0.69.3 one is the same like in older versions.
The 0.69.3(ALT) one contains breathe and lipsync/custom voice meshups (by Eve from eraudica.com) and also modified penis insertion button for players who don't posses hips (I pretty much removed the thrust part and it is now kinda like "homing dick")
For better performance I highly recommend turning off glute soft physics on missionary positions: https://imgur.com/a/XkdnLdi

If I could make One suggestion. Can you make it so the UI buttons don't get in front of the models?

I am going to readjust the pumps which trigger the sound effects, sometimes it takes too long till the sound is played. Or do none of the sound effects work for you?
