“Will you become my champion?”
Hearing the voice in my head, the pain that has been assaulting my body since yesterday disappeared.
No, the pain didn’t disappear. looking around I see my fellow slaves have stopped moving. Not even breathing. Seeing this I quickly came to 2 possible conclusions, one, I finally broke and now I’m hallucinating, which is sad since all of the suffering I endured for the past 5 years would become meaningless. Or two, some kind of higher entity is talking to me and will probably give me some kind of power to escape this hellhole.
You see, my name is Arashi himejima – yes, I’m related to Akeno himejima. I’m her younger brother.
You see before I died, I was the middle child of very wealthy parents, due to which I was ignored for most of my life. I could never match up to my siblings, they were smarter, athletic and much more social than I was. Even when I got an incurable illness, they simply just admitted me to a hospital in which I stayed for 3 years. The number of times my family visited me during those three years could be counted by one hand. As cliché as this sounds, the only thing that brought me joy was watching anime, tv series or even reading light novels and fanfiction. Anyway, after three years of somehow surviving an illness that the doctors predicted would kill me in 2 years. I died.
After which I reincarnated in highschool DxD, an anime which is borderline hentai, as the youngest child of Shuri himejima and Baraqiel. Which was nice, my new parents and my sister showered me with so much love that I drowned. I was happy…until the himejima clan attacked us. my father had gone to do a task from Azazel, so he wasn’t there to protect us. my sister was allowed to live, sadly me and my mother weren’t. you see the himejima clan wanted to kill my mother because she was one of the candidates to become the host of the vermillion bird. And they wanted to kill me, because unlike my sister I didn’t gain anything from my father, no wings, no light and no holy lightning. So, I also had a chance, a miniscule chance but a chance nonetheless to host the bird, so they wanted to kill me because of it. But somehow at the last second, I was teleported away from that world to this one.
After my initial confusion I learned that I’m in the accursed world of one piece. Why accursed? You see once upon a time I used to love this world, but that was before this, before I became a slave to the celestial dragons, before I became a tool to pleasure the bitch who bought me.
The only good thing that happened was that I was not forced to have sex with a man, cause if that happened, I would probably kill myself. I’m many things but gay is not one of them.
Ahem, anyway I was both physically and sexually abused by my bitch of a mistress and her bitchy friends for the last five years. I’m currently 12. You are probably wondering how could a 7-year-old boy be forced to have sex. One word, drugs. Lots of it. If it weren’t for my fallen angel heritage, I’m pretty sure I would be a mindless slave about now due to all the drugs they pumped inside me.
To summarize, after five years of abuse I have lost most of my sanity. that’s also the reason why I’m talking to myself as if I’m explaining to an invisible audience. I’ve lost most of my sanity.
I have unkempt long black hair, pale smooth skin. My left has a vertical scar caused by a member of the himejima, my remaining eye is yellow and the back of my right hand has the branding of the celestial dragons, the dragons hoof. I’m about 4’2” feet tall.
Now that I’ve explained my circumstances to my imaginary viewers, it’s time for me to see who the person who stopped time is.
“Who are you?”
“Me? I’m the super-duper awesome best-in-the-omniverse-, I’m…. LADY LUCK.”
“oh”
“mou~ you are supposed to be to be excited.”
“Says who”
“Everyone! You are supposed to kiss my beautiful perfect ass in hopes to be blessed by even a fragment of good luck.”
“Says who.”
“Everyone!”
“If you want, I can kiss your ass, I’ve had some experience with those.”
“Man, now you just ruined my fun. Anyway, what do you say, want to be my champion?”
“Sure.”
“Really? Not gonna ask why? Or anything?”
“Nah, you called yourself a ‘best-in-the-omniverse’ that means you must be Hella strong. Which means if I accept, I can escape this hell hole.”
“Sigh, I guess this makes it easier. Congratulations from today onward you are the champion of luck!”
“yay” I deadpanned.
Suddenly Infront of me, a beautiful woman appeared. She had rainbow colored hair, pale white skin, and was wearing a golden dress. She had a crown, encrusted with 7 different gems. Golden rings on each finger. She was wearing earrings in the shape of four-leaf clovers. And finally, her eyes, which is golden in color and her iris which is red. Her body was the perfect representation of the word MILF. Big boobs, thick thighs.
I would’ve drooled, if not for this aura that she had. It made me feel insignificant. The aura made me feel like a combination of ‘I won the lottery’ and ‘I lost everything’.
She levitated towards me and…
…gave me a kiss on my forehead.
And suddenly I felt something. As if something fundamental changed in me. while there weren’t any visible changes, I could feel it. Something different.
“Anywho, have fun and make sure to check out the tasks!” and with that she disappeared.
…
That’s all. Ask, kiss and leave?
I look at the place she used to be. The gift that she gave me was both good and bad.
Knowledge about my gift was somehow engraved on my mind.
[you have 2 gacha rolls]
As the champion of luck, I gain one gacha roll every month, which thankfully can be stacked. The gacha contains items from all across the omniverse, from a simple rusty knife to the sword of rupture, skills such as dragon slayer magic, quirks and even companions, which according to the knowledge engraved, all companions who are summoned are first asked for consent.
Also, I can gain additional rolls by doing specific tasks.
Enough explaining its time to…
…Roll!
[note: due to this being your first roll the following affects will be applied: no junk items, no unusable item, no item with heavy restriction, increase probability to gain an item that you need by 50%]
[rolling]
[congratulations! You have gained: ghost freak (temp.)]
[congratulations! You have gained: complete haki immunity (temp.)]
[name: ghost freak(temporary)
Effect: gain all the abilities of the individual known as ghost freak.
Time limit: three hours]
[name: complete haki immunity
Effect: be immune to all types of haki
Time limit: 20 minutes]
sadly, I didn’t get anything permanent but at the least I will be able to escape from here.
Wait! Ghost freak can be both invisible and intangible. Along with the complete haki immunity…
“hahahahhaaha” I couldn’t help but laugh.
I kept laughing even when the guards came inside, even when they asked me to stop. I kept laughing even when the beat me up.
…I’m going to rob them. I’m going to take everything that matters.
I looked at the guards who were kicking me.
But first I will kill them all.
-scene change-
I cannot kill them. If I did, I may just increase the difficulty of my escape.
After thinking about my plan, I realized that I cannot kill them. No matter how much I wanted to.
Night has fallen, most slaves are asleep. Due to me performing my nightly activities to my master yesterday I don’t have to do it today.
I got up from my lying position, making sure not to make any rattling sounds with the chains have been attached to my arms and legs.
Due to me laughing and even spitting on the face of the guards they placed me in the isolation chamber. Which is just a really dark room without any windows.
All according to plan. Just like Aizen-sama taught me.
I selected my rolls, ghost freak (temp.) and complete haki immunity(temp.).
I felt my body change, my legs fused together to form a wispy tail, my fingers elongated to claws, my head stretched and I felt my eyes fusing together, I felt something growing inside my stomach, probably the tentacle things that ghost freak had.
The transformation took roughly 2 minutes.
Once finished I turned myself invisible and flew through the walls. I came face to face with one of the guards who used to “humble” me.
I wish I could kill them I really did, but it would bring trouble my way If I did. I do not know how strong this Imu is, so I need to be careful. Imu has seated on the throne for a long time, I’m pretty sure he has some ways to detect others, while I have haki immunity that does not mean the people I kill will have it.
For all I know imu is probably covering his observation haki throughout the city, if suddenly he felt many people die then he would realize something was wrong.
So, I did not kill them, they shall live…for now.
I quickly went down straight down through the floors.
My target….
…. their treasury.
-scene change-
I wonder if there is ghost-ghost fruit, cause being a ghost Is Hella fun, no one can touch you nor can they see you.
The ghost-ghost fruit is a pervert’s wet dream.
Worry not my precious audience I shall not eat something such as that, I shall eat only the greatest of fruits, the great fart-fart fruit!
I cackled inwardly, while I do realize that something has long been broken inside me, it didn’t matter. The previous me was an idiot, a dumbass who would never harm anyone.
While I haven’t become crazy enough to kill innocent people, but unlike my previous self I won’t show mercy if people wanted to harm me.
Afterall, showing mercy to such people was what got me in this mess in the first place.
I remember the man that I saved when I first came to this world. He was drowning so I rescued him.
I would never forget his face, when he captured and sold me. his grin when he saw amount of money that selling me gave, the belli tattoo that was on his face.
Shaking my head, I realized that I have reached the treasury.
[haki immunity- 17:43]
I’ll gather everything I can in 12 minutes. Thank lady luck for the inventory.
Going inside I saw a huge pile of treasures, gold and valuable stones in one giant pile. Weapons of great quality lying there in the pile of gold without care and devil fruits, which are considered myths by most are all on the floor. Treasures that most people would kill for was just lying as if there are worthless trash.
Seeing them I started collecting every single devil fruit I could find. Then went for the swords that seemed of good quality. And then I started filling the limited inventory with belli.
[tasks complete]
After seeing the clock that I only had less than five minutes of haki immunity, I left.
I flew as fast as possible, thankfully my body seemed inexhaustible so I won’t get tired.
Coming to the very edge of the city, I turned back and stared at it.
“One day I’m going to make you all realize how pathetic you really are.”
With that I left. Destination, the weakest sea…
…east blue.
-scene change-
“Huff…huff…huff”
Lying down on the ground in the middle of a forest I tried catching my breath.
When the effect of the ghost freak card ended, exhaustion just hit me all at once.
.
.
.
I somehow made a fire, but couldn’t hunt anything due to being too weak. So, I picked some fruits to eat, but I’m not sure if its poisonous or not.
*grumble*
Feeling my stomach protesting in hunger I suddenly had an idea.
I checked how many points I gained because I remember I had completed a task.
[gacha rolls: 15]
[escape from Holy Land Mary Geoise: 5 rolls]
[steal from the celestial dragons: 10 rolls]
Seeing that I had 15 rolls I started rolling one by one hoping that I would get something good. Maybe some food. Or something that would help me know if something is poisonous or not.
Roll.
[congratulations! Gained item: iron chunk]
Oh c’mon at least give me something good.
Roll
[congratulations! Gained item: crystal chunk]
For grandfathers’ sake, at least give me some food
Roll
[congratulations! Gained item: yatsu muraski’s stocking]
I’m hungry not horny
Roll
[congratulations! Gained item: dragon tooth]
Fuck off.
Roll
[congratualtions! Gained item: iron sword]
Much better.
Roll
[congratualtions! Gained item: bone shard]
Fuck you.
Roll
[congratualtions! Gained companion: EMIYA]
Yes!
I can’t believe I just got a heroic spirit.
Wait! I checked my rolls, a sword, a bone and then I got Emiya? Is someone trolling me.
Nah, probably just a coincidence.
[Name: EMIYA
Type: companion
Abilities: reinforcement, structural analysis, mind’s eye(true), Hawkeye, projection, unlimited blade works, etc.…
Description: A hardened veteran who specializes in a select few skills. His cynical and sarcastic attitude belies his kind nature.
Note: some skills may not work due to the laws of the world that your currently in. unless they are stronger than the world.]
Damn! With him by my side the east blue will be easy as ABC. Oh, he could also cook something. Thank you, lady luck.
I mentally chose to activate the companion card.
A grey magic circle appeared Infront of me, which started flashing. After which in the middle of the circle stood a man.
The man has short white hair which is swept backwards, gray eyes and tanned skin color. He wears body armor consisting of a black tight and sleeveless shirt with silver accents that outline his muscles and a metal plate on his collar, along with black pants that have two black straps on his thighs, and another two strapped around his shins separate from each other. He wears black metal plated shoes, which appear to be attached to his trousers. His signature red coat is a type of holy shroud which were actually two separate sleeves connected by a metal plate at the back which covered his arms and was cut off showing his upper torso and midriff, and had a separate red open skirt which ended above his shins with the top fashioned and tied with an agemaki knot, covered by a silver metal plate.
He stared at me.
“Servant archer answers your summoning. I ask you this, are you my master?” the hero of wrought iron asked me. I nodded my head; I still couldn’t believe that I summoned one of my favorite characters.
“Master, do you have a weapon that I could use? My projection seems to be not working.” Looks like he can’t use his projections. That’s bad, that skill of his is the reason why he was one of the most versatile heroic spirits.
“Do you know why?”
“I do, or at least I thinks so but first we need to feed you something.”
Oh. I summoned the iron sword I got and gave it to archer. He inspected it, tracing his fingers on the blade.
“Made up of tempered iron. Have existed for 10 years…nothing exceptional.” He murmured. After which he gave me a nod and left to the forest.
Looks like he can use his analysis but not tracing. How the hell does that work?
I stared dumbly at the place he was. I summoned archer EMIYA, the GOAT. I felt the edges of lips shift upwards.
Dozens of minutes later, archer returned. In his hands were a boar, and some plants. With the sword strapped to his back using some vines.
“I have many questions that need answered, but first you need to eat something and then sleep.”
“Huh! I can tell you know you know.”
“Eat, sleep and then you can answer my questions.”
Seeing him like this made me remember a fanfic I once read. I forgot the name but I remember in the fanfic they called archer, mother hen.
“Here.” Archer handed me a meat skewer.
“Thanks.”
I bit into it, the meat was so tender and juicy, there was a slight sweetness to it as well. I devoured the meat skewers one by one. All the while the stupid archer had a smirk on his face.
-scene change-
“So let me get this straight. You died at the age of 12 due to an illness, then reincarnated in an anime that you watched, as a younger brother of one of female characters, then you were teleported to another world when you were attacked, after which when you helped a man, the man you helped sold you to the celestial dragons, who according to you are just man-child’s with god complexes, and the woman who bought you forced you to engage in sexual activities with her and sometimes her friends on a weekly basis. After years of being enslaved, lady luck for some reason decided to make you her champion which gave you the ability to do a gacha as long as you have rolls which you gain one per month and can additional by doing special tasks. Then you robbed the treasury of the celestial dragons, escaped from there and took refuge in the weakest sea on an uninhabited island. After which you summoned me. did I get it right?” I nodded my head. “Curse my e-rank luck. Why can I never gain a normal master.” though he said that he had a small smile on his face.
Its currently morning, after archer gave me those delicious meat skewers I slept. And after I woke up and had breakfast, I felt so much better than I have in a long time.
So, I told archer my story, everything about me. to which he accepted.
“So, to continue where I left off. People in this world can weaponize their willpower, and can gain supernatural abilities, including the ability to become an elements and leap in time, by just eating a fruit. correct?” again I nodded. Though I do wonder what would happen if archer learns haki. Haki is willpower, and the man named Emiya Shirou had willpower in spades.
“The main occupation in this world are pirates and marines?”
“Yup. But bounty hunters are also there but they not as strong as the top.”
“There is a leader of the celestial dragons who you think is hundreds of years old.”
“I think so. Every clue shown in one piece tells us that imu is really fucking old.”
“So back to this willpower thing-” “haki, it’s called haki.” “Yes haki, there are three types of haki?”
“hmm” I swallowed the food and continued. “Observation haki – grants the user a sixth sense that allows them to sense the presence, strength, and emotions of others, as well as gain limited precognitive abilities.”
Archer raised his eyebrow in surprise since he didn’t say anything I continued talking.
“Armament haki – allows the user to use their own spiritual energy to create, in essence, an invisible piece of armor around themself, providing incredible offensive and defensive capabilities. Most notably, this form of Haki can be used to injure Devil Fruit users that are otherwise immune to ordinary physical attacks, such as Logia users. Also at the advanced level, it can destroy someone from the inside.”
Archer’s eyes were wide open in surprise.
“Conquerors haki – rare form of Haki that allows the user to exert their own willpower over others. This type of Haki cannot be attained through training and only one in several million people are born with this ability. It is said that whoever possesses this type of Haki has the qualities of a king,”
“This world is the strangest world I have seen.”
“Wait till you see the giant walking elephant with an island on his back.”
“Ha.” Archer laughed but when he saw my smirk realization dawned upon him. “You are not joking.” I just smiled.
“Damn my E-rank luck.”
