when u guys started this arc i mentioned that a lot of the scenes they show are happening at the same time canonically so the reason why Bellamy has been "doing that for four episodes" is for that reason. They show whats happening somewhere else then they take u back to that scene with bellamy to let u know that is all at the same time so once theyre done showing the other things and building up to the luffy vs doffy fight then they will close up that scene with bellamy. (hope this helps understand)
