Frieren is a well deserved breath of fresh air, after a DECADE of duds. I would definitely recommend it but it's kind of hard to watch a reaction video to it because, it's one of those piece of media that has been made to only experience once. It has almost no re-watch value EXCEPT FOR SEVERAL EPISODES. I wish I could experience Frieren again. :( Also, concerning your expectations, Frieren is more of a mood type piece of media. ALSO, never watch dubs. I have over 900 titles under my belt and I can barely name 3 titles where the dubs are actually good. 99% of the time, the dub is a miss. Good Japanese VAs are paid their weight in gold (exaggerating duh) for their performance.

So glad you could finally get around to watching Frieren, was hoping you'd choose this one. I'd also definitely say stick with the sub. Glad you're already enjoying it, can't wait to see what you think about the next episodes.
