I’m more convinced than ever that every legislative body in our country, federal and state, needs to have an independent Secretary of OFFS. This person’s job would simply be, whenever someone proposes idiotic legislation, or asks a STUPID question in committee to shout at the top of their lungs “Oh for Fucks Sake.” The organization would then be required to stop everything until all people involved have been put in confinement while they figure out why.

100% Musk is in charge and I think that was always the bargain w him and Trump. Trump doesn’t give a fuck about governing, he just wants to sit on the throne and pretend to be a king and leaves the governing to other people and I think that was the deal. He gets to sit on the throne and all the bennies that come with that and Musk and the rest of the fascist brigade get the real power of the presidency. They’re also absolutely “testing the fence” of government and that’s what all the authoritarian parties do.
