I am super proud to brag about my one single best fkn friend that took his own free time from his civil engineering job to come visit me no matter where on this globe I’ve been stationed (army) . This dude is my legit other half. I trust this guy more than my own personal life experience. And I’m super proud to call him my best friend. Been with me thru thickest and thinnest. The greatest advocate and listener… you all should be jealous of what I got. Promise you don’t have it better than me. And I gotta thank Tom and Cecil for this episode, and many commentaries of theirs like it, that remind me to send a message letting me how grateful I am to have this friend cuz it’s one thing to live it and take it for granted but it’s another to let the other person know how much they mean to you.

Being competitive in a sport or something well defined doesn't necessarily mean friendships can't happen. I'm good friends with a good number of my opponents and it's great
