Story #179: The Boy He Would Now Be:
(Part 20 to 'From Cool to Drool')

It really did feel like the universe was conspiring against him to keep pitting him in these bad situations. Ever since his accident, it had felt like a nonstop string of miseries which were specially designed to plague him.
Angela, Luke, and now Brady...
Jaydyn had been stunned whenever the taller boy had strode into the room; a paralysis had come over him as he struggled to cope with or even believe the state of his luck. Out of all of the students in the school, or rather in his grade, this had been the only one to step forward?
Sure, there was no *good* option, besides maybe Jesse, but this was quite possibly the worst option of all. Angela may have been a smug taskmaster that followed the rules a little too fervently, but that same con was also a pro, because he knew she would never take it too far. Luke was a dorky sadist that cared most about self-aggrandizement, but he was cowardly and his self-interest kept him from being too much of an active problem.
Brady though...Brady was different. Even without hardly speaking a word to him for all these years, Jaydyn knew deep down that Brady hadn't changed his stripes. Brady hid it amazingly well, but he was a monster inside, and one with eccentric tastes. He wouldn't care about the rules, and he had no vested interest in using Jaydyn for superficial benefit; he simply would be focused on Jaydyn.
Not in some rekindled friendship, not as an aide committed to his job, and not even as a boilerplate bully, but as if Jaydyn was a plaything that he'd been denied for far too long. To him, Jaydyn was the one that had gotten away; an early childhood friend that Brady had grown an unhealthy obsession with, ever since Jaydyn grew a semblance of a spine and abandoned their friendship.
Brady was the devil in the flesh, and Jaydyn would be forced to dance with him in the pale moonlight. Just as Brady had said the afternoon before, he planned to pick right back up from where they had left off, once upon a time.
"I'm sure that you know Brady? From what I can tell, you two have shared classes here since Kindergarten." The administrator introduced, completely oblivious to the sordid history between them or the tension in the room. Tension almost as thick as the diaper underneath Jaydyn's baggy sweatpants.
"Me and Jay-Jay go way back. Isn't that right? We're pretty good friends, I'd say. Wouldn't you say that, Jay?"
The blond felt like he was between a rock and a hard place. He wanted to simply make his true feelings known and announce that Brady was a demented freak who shouldn't be left in charge of a hamster, let alone another human being. He could have said all that, gone on a huge diatribe, but he didn't.
Instead, he looked down at his shoes and shrugged. "Uhh...We, uh...Know each-chudder."
It wouldn't have been practical to drag out his dirty laundry in this office room; even if the administrator took his side and believed his every word, then Jaydyn would still be left in a precarious spot where he might be put into special ed instead. He'd grown complacent with having Angela as his aide, and he'd nearly let himself forget that if she were to stop volunteering, then he wouldn't be allowed to stay with the rest of his peers.
Another choice would have been to deny having Brady as a new aide, and to instead ask to have Jesse as one. That felt like it'd be a win-win, but Jaydyn had a couple of problems with the idea:
The first was that he was genuinely scared of Brady, and while it didn't seem like Brady new all the details of who Jaydyn now was, he knew enough to draw attention to the boy. If Brady got upset from Jaydyn spurning him, then he might just put a spotlight on the boy.
The second was that he didn't think it would be fair to Jesse. He knew that his best friend would likely agree if he asked, but it made Jaydyn feel as though he would be burdening Jesse by putting that extra work on him. It also meant that if Jaydyn's secret eventually got out, that Jesse would likely get unwanted scrutiny from the bullies in their grade; just for the association.
A third reason floated around in his head as well, and it was a little more abstract; if Jaydyn was to have Jesse as his 'helper', then wouldn't that fundamentally shift the dynamic of their friendship? If Jesse was suddenly helping him with his notes, escorting him around school, or periodically checking the back of his diaper to see if Jaydyn crapped on himself, then wouldn't that solidify a whole new power dynamic between them?
It was already hard enough to act as if they were both still equals, and Jaydyn didn't want to put any more strain on that conundrum.
The woman behind the desk smiled, "Good! That will make this easier. Now, Brady, are you aware of Jaydyn's...Condition? I know you signed up to volunteer for the 'special' class, and as you already know, Jaydyn isn't technically in that class..."
Brady nodded along, looking intently over at Jaydyn, as if he was relishing in the fact that they both had to listen to this together.
"Jaydyn had an accident over the Summer, and that means he has a few special needs now. At his request, he's being allowed to remain on the normal fifth grade track, but that comes with the condition of him having students to help him along. His motor skills aren't as good as they used to be, for example; so you would need to help him with taking notes."
The lede was getting buried there, but Brady didn't seem to mind. If anything, he appeared to enjoy the sense of anticipation that came with this sluggish explanation.
"There's also the matter of helping him get around and keeping track of everything. His memory isn't as strong now either. It'll also be your job to...Well, check his pants and make sure he doesn't need to visit the nurse's office."
There was the critical detail. That was the thing that the boy had been waiting on baited breath to hear. Still, while Brady fully understood the subtext of the statement, he wanted to tantalize himself and shame Jaydyn further by playing dumb about it.
"Check his pants? Like, make sure he gets his zipper back up after he comes back from the bathroom? Or does he fall and get his pants dirty...?"
The woman pursed her lips and looked at the mushbrained blond, "Well... The accident left Jaydyn suffering from 'incontinence'."
Brady had to hide his smile, "What's that mean?"
"Well, it means that Jaydyn can't hold it in when he needs to use the bathroom, so you'll need to periodically check him."
"Oh! Like, he pees in his underwear sometimes? Must not happen much, since I haven't seen it."
Jaydyn turned his head, balling up his fists and feeling his fury grow. Brady was mocking him, that much he was certain about. Brady was trying to make the woman at the desk be as blunt as she could possibly be, just to satisfy himself.
"Jaydyn wears... 'Protective briefs', so they absorb any accidents. You'll need to check that, uh, *garment*, after every class period." She had obviously been coached at some point to avoid using the word 'diaper', as part of some misguided attempt to reduce the humiliation of the truth.
Brady already knew what she meant, but he still was playing dumb with it. "Absorbent underwear, huh? I don't think I've ever heard of that, except for like, Pull-Ups or something. How am I supposed to check?" He chuckled and smiled.
The admin looked a little embarrassed, but she figured it was a pretty basic question. If Brady was going to take on the task, then he would need to know how to do it. "Jaydyn, would you come here?"
The blond had been pretty quiet during the whole conversation. Not because he didn't have things to say, but because he felt too frozen by the turn of events to even think properly, let alone find the right words. He'd become such a bundle of nerves that he hadn't even noticed that he'd hosed the front of his Abena with a warm, steady stream.
He begrudgingly trotted over and the lady stood up from her desk. "I'll give you a proper demonstration, Brady."
She hooked her fingers into the waistband of the boy's sweatpants and suddenly yanked them down to his ankles. What was underneath was the holy grail that Brady had spent so many restless daydreams fantasizing about: a very thick diaper for a very thick-headed dummy.
"Now, there are a few different ways to check a...Protective brief. Sometimes you can just look at it, which..." She glanced down at the swollen crotch of the diaper, noticing a faint yellow stain. "It looks like he's had an accident."
Brady gawked, "...*Oh*, you meant a *diaper*. Now I get it. So if he pees his diaper, then I can just look at it? That's all?"
The woman blushed a little in secondhand embarrassment for the diapered boy, "Not always. Sometimes you have to check more closely, if you don't see or smell anything. You can give the front a gentle squeeze to see if it's squishy, or you can put a finger in the legbands to check for dampness."
She did both to demonstrate, which made Jaydyn squirm and frown. He hadn't realized that he'd peed himself so badly, though the bulky medical diaper was able to easily sop it all up without any issues. The Abenas he wore were fantastic for poop, sure, but they also boasted an impressive amount of absorption.
"I see... And does he need help taking it on and off? Like, whenever he needs to do a number two in the toilet?" Brady inquired, sounding like he was being thorough, though actually just wanting verbal confirmation that his little Pampered plaything was a pantspooper as well.
"Not exactly, no. Jaydyn isn't capable of using the toilet anymore, so you won't need to help him with that. You'll need to be checking the back as well, for any number twos he might make. If he makes a number two, then you'll need to escort him directly to the nurse or to the SPED hall to be changed."
Jaydyn felt his face get hot and Brady faked a small gasp, "Oh, so he uses the diaper for *everything?* And how should I check to see if he's pooped himself?"
It was a silly question, since it should have been entirely obvious how to check a diaper for pantloads, but Brady was really just wanting to milk this. The admin didn't seem to realize that, so she just gave a faint smile and directed Brady to come closer.
"Well, when checking for number two, there are a few different signs to look for. The first would be if you're hearing a lot of gas, or anything that sounds like he might be doing his business back there. Next would be smell, but that's not always reliable, since it could just be gas itself. If the accident is large enough, then you should be able to see the diaper looking larger in back than it should..."
The woman gently took Jaydyn by the shoulders and spun him around, so that his padded bottom could be examined. "If you haven't heard, seen, or smelled anything, then you might need to check more directly."
She took Brady's hand and guided it toward Jaydyn's rump, "You can squeeze the back, to see if you can feel anything solid back there..."
Jaydyn suddenly felt Brady's hand groping his puffy padding, which made him shudder. Was all of this really necessary? It was so humiliating!
"You can also give the back of the diaper a closer sniff, though I wouldn't recommend it in most cases. That's more of a strategy for when the baby, or ermm, the one wearing the garment, is in clothes that would be a hassle to disrobe. The most reliable and simple solution is to just pull back the waistband and check directly."
Brady put his fingers on the waistband and pulled it out to look inside. Luckily for Jaydyn, he had kept himself clean on the drive to school, though it would likely not stay that way for long.
"Looks like he has a skidmark in there." Brady announced.
"That isn't enough to warrant a change. It'll be up to you to make that call, and to make sure Jaydyn isn't being changed prematurely. I'm sure his parents wouldn't want to be wasting money on his diapers, if they aren't being fully used."
Her explanation was more to make sure that he didn't get changed after every dribble or wet fart that marred his padding, but she was essentially giving him power to keep him soiled for as long as he personally saw fit.
"I think I get it. I've babysat before, so I should be able to figure everything out pretty quickly."
The woman would pull Jaydyn's pants back up over his diaper, and she would go on to explain the less scandalous aspects of the role that Brady had volunteered for. Jaydyn wasn't listening at this point though, because his damaged mind was aflutter with all the fears and anxieties that came from Brady's presence and his newfound power.
"Got everything? Good! Angela is his other aide, so I'm sure she can give you some pointers if you need it." The woman finally said, dismissing the two from the office, with school still being about ten minutes from starting.
Jaydyn tried to walk away from Brady, once they were both out of the office, but the taller boy didn't give him much of a chance. Brady grabbed him by the wrist, rather roughly, and held him in place.
"So, I guess this was the secret you were trying to hide from me? I'll give you credit for fooling everyone for so long. You're a retard now, that craps in his pants and everything, but everyone still thinks that you're cool as a cucumber."
Brady used his other hand to rub the back of the boy's padded bottom, slipping it down the waistband of his sweatpants, so that he could feel the diaper itself with his hand. "Judging by how thick these diapers actually are, you must be *really* stupid now. Thick diapee and a thick head."
"C-cut it...C-cut out..." The blond seethed, his inability to speak properly only making Brady snicker. "M'nodda tardee-brain..."
Jaydyn had managed to keep his diaper clean throughout that whole horrible ordeal in the office, but such a streak wasn't built to last. Without any control, the dummy suddenly let out an involuntary grunt, and hard gas rippled like a machine gun in his diaper, rumbling right against Brady's palm.
"Uh-oh, does my little dumb-dumb need to make a poopie? Hmm? You gonna make a big poopie for daddy?"
It sounded offputting and immediately reminded Jaydyn how much of a creep his old friend was. It was the same weird behavior that had been the last straw for the blond in the first place; this bizarre fixation on casting Jaydyn into this submissive role before him, like a pet, with a diaper acting as his collar. Only this time, the diapers and the idiocy weren't part of pretend.
"S-shuddup...! Bray-dee, I not gonna... Unggh...Hrrrrgghhh...!" His face began to redden and saliva pooled in his mouth, his posture stiffening with the embarrassing grunts he was making.
"Not gonna what? Make a big, stinky poo-poo in your Pampers? I kind of doubt that."
Another juicy fart sputtered wetly into the padded backside of the Abena. "Nooo...I no...Mmmph..!"
Brady quickly dragged him by the hand to head around the corner of the hall. One might think this was to assure some privacy for what Jaydyn was about to do, but the privacy was actually for Brady. Once they were a little more secluded, he pulled the sweatpants down around Jaydyn's ankles.
"I bet those silly pants were getting in the way, weren't they? You would really be better off without them. Little babies with dumb brains don't need to cover up their pottypants."
Jaydyn didn't have the luxury of making an argument against that, since he was too preoccupied with occupying his seat. A few more toots slipped out and then his face twisted up, drool and snot hanging freely, as he obviously began to push out a titanic turd into his diaper. The solid log made a gassy escape and crackled as it squeezed its way out, making a firm lump in the back of his Abena as it pushed against the padding.
"Hhmmmmmmmph! P-poo...! Make... POOPIE!" The small amount of control he had was enough to avoid his catchphrase, but not enough to stop the retarded outburst altogether. As he announced his deed, the steamer accelerated its velocity and pinched itself into his diaper.
Brady kept a hand on the lump as it formed, feeling the warmth of the stool as it radiated its heat from inside his diaper. Even with thick layers of padding, the shape was undeniable.
"You're making a poopie for me? That's right, Jay-Jay. You'll be making me a lot of those. I might have lost you before, but I'll be more careful this time; you belong to me, now and forever."
Things were about to seriously ramp up for Jaydyn; every humiliation thus far had just been practice for the major leagues, and he'd just been drafted.
