Tale #117: The Brown-Noser (Part 1)

There was always the kid in class that had to remind the teacher about the homework, much to the annoying groans of his classmates. The same kid that snitched at the drop of a hat and who flattered every adult of authority that they came across.
This would also extend to the few peers that met a certain benchmark of importance, which usually were the richest, most popular, or those who held some juicy modicum of power.
This type of kid, or adult, was what was most negatively referred to as a 'brown-noser'. Somebody who figuratively had their nose up someone's butt, who would say that their butts don't stink. A sycophant was one or the most obnoxious types of people imaginable.
Bryce was that kid. He was a sneaky little weasel that gushed over those he adulated and wouldn't hesitate to throw one of his fellow kids under the bus. Nobody in his class liked him, and they had every reason to ostracize him.
None had more reason to than Adrian, a former classmate that had his entire life get turned upside down by Bryce's disgusting need to tattle and suck up. Adrian was in a completely different existence now, and it'd all been because of Bryce.
It'd happened over a year ago, when they were in the third grade. Adrian had some issues throughout his schooling, both behavioral and academic; too much horseplay, not enough focusing in class, emotionally immature, bad at turning in homework, among some other things it could be said that he was delayed in.
Adrian was no star student, but he wasn't a babbling moron. He should never have ended up in Special Ed.
It'd been his last three strikes, all within the time of a single week. The school year had almost been over, so he thought that he could get through it without accumulating too many more marks against him. He'd exasperated his teacher throughout the year and had been sent to the principal a few times, but he was technically just barely passing.
The first strike had been when Bryce had tattled on him for 'misappropriating school supplies'. Adrian had stacked markers together to make a sword and he was dueling with a classmate, while the teacher had stepped out of the room. The extra kicker had been Bryce vividly recounting the tale and talking about how Adrian had gotten up on his chair and then desk.
The next strike had been academic. Adrian had forgotten, or more accurately had decided not to do his homework. With his grade already on the borderline, and with so few assignments left in the year, he really couldn't afford to get a zero on it.
Miraculously, the class period had almost finished and it appeared his teacher had forgotten about it. Adrian had been relieved, until Bryce had to open his stupid mouth to remind the woman. Adrian panicked and asked a classmate if he could copy their answers real quickly, and he'd started to, but then Bryce had raised his hand and ratted him out.
Worse than just a zero, he'd also tried to cheat. Adrian's teacher wasn't very happy with him.
The last strike had been more complicated in its construction. It was several events that had come together at once, and it'd been the final straw to get him sent to the mushbrain class. Like the others, it was all the fault of that awful brown-noser.
It'd started in the cafeteria. Their elementary lunch program had a strict rule about finishing your portion of fruits and vegetables before being allowed your dessert. That day however, Adrian felt justified in breaking that rule; broccoli made him very gassy and plums made him have to go number two, which he hated doing at school.
Bryce saw him with his pudding cup and ratted him out, which meant the boy had to throw away his dessert and eat the rest of what was on his tray. That'd been the first step of how things would go. The next would come after recess, whenever Adrian went to the bathroom to pee. The boy had parked himself in front of the urinal and dropped his shorts to his ankles; he was still in that juvenile phase of not caring about discretion in public.
Bryce had also come into the bathroom and he'd clicked his tongue when he saw the sorry state of Adrian's briefs. They had some pretty bad skids from Adrian's haphazard wiping skills.
And what had Bryce done with that information? He'd gone straight to the teacher about it, just like with everything else.
"Mrs. Kyles, I think Adrian messed on himself. I saw him in the bathroom and his underpants looked like he'd had an accident."
The teacher, a spiteful crone, had taken Bryce's word pretty seriously. She'd called on Adrian and bluntly asked him if he'd soiled himself at recess. With cheeks as red as a firetruck, he'd of course denied these allegations, and he immediately thought it must be Bryce who'd called his cleanliness into question.
The teacher wasn't buying his fussy denial and told him to come to the front of the class. Around this same time, his bowels were finally in disarray from the produce he'd been forced to ingest at lunch. He had to to fart and he had to poop, both really badly. Between the emotional turmoil, which was primarily the shame and anger of being accused in front of his peers, and the awful cramping that was knocking at his colon, he was a red-faced wreck.
"I DIDN'T DO THAT! HE'S LYING!"
It was like a self-fulfilling prophecy and Adrian had fallen right into it. A fart exploded from his rear end, but it wasn't just a fart that slipped out: there was something (sort of) solid that came with it.
The teacher checked him like a toddler and confirmed the very poopy state of his briefs. That'd been it for him, that'd been the final strike.
Adrian would spend the next year as a SPED student in diapers.
He genuinely didn't really belong in there, at least when he'd first been inducted in. He was too smart, too coherent, and too pottytrained. That'd been at the start though. Being in that environment for so long and surrounded by new peers of a dimmer variety, it was inevitable that he'd degrade to match his new academic habitat.
Adrian got dumber and grew to really need the diapers that he was forced to wear. He actively devolved from being surrounded by pantsfilling morons all day, until he himself had become one of them.
An average day for Adrian became about playing with toys on the floor of the SPED class, while drool glistened on his chin and turds endlessly plopped into his diapers. It'd taken a long time to get to such a point, but he'd continuously crumbled. His new classmates seemed happy about that, but Adrian wasn't.
It'd been so gradual that Adrian had hardly realized how stupid he'd become until he caught himself sniffing another student's mucky butt. Once he was aware of it though, he didn't know how to return to where he'd once been; too many habits had been formed, too many things had been forgotten.
Bryce hadn't thought about Adrian much after that. It'd been funny at first to hear the rumors of him getting moved to SPED, but third grade had ended shortly after that, and a whole Summer had pushed the event from his mind. He'd gone through most of fourth grade, continuing to be a brown-nosing weasel that cultivated contempt from his classmates, before Adrian would come up again.
It'd been at recess when he saw him again for the first time since accusing him of messing himself. Due to rain earlier in the day, the special kids were at recess during the same time that the fourth and fifth grade kids were. As comedic and grotesque of a sight as it was, it was of minimal interest to Bryce, who was looking for classmates to tattle on.
That was until he saw who one of those dummies happened to be. Bryce hadn't really recognized him at first, and it was hard to blame him for that, because Adrian had dramatically changed in the time since last seeing him.
Adrian was more noticeably rotund now, and his chestnut hair had been shamefully given the dreaded bowl cut. His emerald eyes had lost their luster and he looked to be missing more baby teeth from that drooly mouth than he probably should. Most shocking was the large diaper that he wore around his waist, which was currently unencumbered by any pants to cover up with.
He was over on the muddy ground, on his hands and knees, and he looked like he was trying to get closer to one of his classmates, who was also on the ground and who had a visibly sagging seat. Bryce wasn't sure what was going on, until he saw Adrian gleefully sticking his nose up to the other kid's sagging poosack.
How repulsive! Adrian was sniffing the dirty diaper with the curiosity and vigor of a dog. It looked like something that Bryce should tattle about, but he was a little too enraptured in the surreal sight of of it.
"Eww...Is this what they teach you in the stupid class, Adrian?" The weasel finally spoke up.
The chubby dimwit stopped his snoofing and turned his head to look at Bryce; there was a lack of recognition at first, as if Bryce was a stranger, but then it became obvious who this interloper was. Adrian could never become so stupid that he'd forget who Bryce was; it was the punk that had gotten him sent away to the special ed class in the first place!
"Bwyce..." He lisped, slobbering on himself and showing off just how many teeth he didn't have. "You da' weason me go to wetawd cwass."
It took a moment for Bryce to even know what the boy was saying, but once he deciphered it, he couldn't help but snicker. "My fault? Looks like the class you're supposed to be in to me. You just pushed your nose into that dummy's gross diaper! Not to mention that you're wearing a diaper too...And a *big* one!"
"Nuh-uh! I wuzz gonna pass thiwd gwade! I wuzz...Mmmph..!" He ranted and got red-faced, stopping midsentence to suddenly let out some soft grunts.
**BRAAAAAP...**
Adrian stared off into space while the juicy fart blasted and sputtered into his diaper's backside. His mouth hung open with drool pouring over the precipice of his lips and streaking down his chin.
"Are you going to the bathroom right now?" Bryce asked, seemingly not able to believe it. Adrian had devolved far worse than Bryce could have ever imagined, if he was really this vacuous now.
Adrian grunted some more and another loud fart rasped into his crinkly seat, "Errmmph...N-nooooo...No make p-p-pooobie..."
The 'normal' boy smiled wryly at the sight of Adrian clearly straining his bowels to fill his pants like a toddler. "You're not? That's not what it looks like to me. I always knew you were a dumb-dumb, but I didn't think you were *this* stupid. Maybe I should go tell your teacher that you're being naughty though; putting your nose on another student's diaper, lying to your betters about crapping your pants..."
The threat of tattling was much like Adrian himself in being actually pretty toothless. Adrian wasn't doing anything that the teacher didn't already expect of him; he may get lightly chastised about doing 'icky' things or being honest, but there wouldn't be any punishment. The standards of behavioral conduct were far lower in the SPED room.
Still, it was a slap in the face to hear such a threat. It was the same tattling that had ruined his life in the first place, and Bryce didn't seem one bit remorseful; if anything, Bryce seemed satisfied with himself for inadvertently destroying his former classmate! It was like a rush to have that kind of power.
There was a crackling sound and Adrian's body shuddered, before tensing up. A booger hung from his nostril and he squinted his eyes shut; his face was red and starting to get sweaty from exerting like this out in the humid air. He no longer had the bowel control to stop what was in motion, nor the wit to truly want to stop.
Bryce gawked as he saw the back of Adrian's diaper tenting out with a big, knobby lump of what could only be his own poop. Adrian was pushing a huge turd out into his oversized Huggies, right in front of his former classmate!
"Y-you're actually doing it! Oh my gosh!" He busted out laughing at the ridiculous sight. "The teacher was right to throw your butt into the tard class!"
Adrian didn't argue and only responded by grunting more loudly as the massive log descended further. The dirty-diapered classmate he'd been sniffing at was now looking like he wanted to return the favor, and he mindlessly crawled up to Adrian to stick his nose against the growing poo-bulge.
"That must just be a dummy thing, huh? Like how two diaper-dumping dimwits shake hands? That's so gross! You guys *really* like to smell poo?"
The current buttsniffer seemed completely oblivious to the normal kid's insults, and from the sound of things, he was starting to unload into his own diaper again as he vigorously sniffed at Adrian's rear. Adrian might have been embarrassed, but he was too busy pushing out his poopies to show it.
Bryce considered his options here. He could simply walk away with having gotten a free show and closure as to what happened to Adrian, or he could put his big mouth to some good use. Why should he be the only one to confirm the rumors of what became of Adrian? There were other kids that had known him and would surely be curious!
"You keep making your boom-boom and I'll be right back!"
True to his word, Bryce would return a few minutes later and with a group of kids that Adrian would find familiar. Bryce had been quick to run around and squawk about the the crazy thing that everyone had to see, and while nobody liked Bryce, they at least knew he was always finding the best dirt. Plus, this was something he wasn't going to the teacher first with!
Adrian had finished pushing the steamer out into his diaper and he'd gone back to his earlier mindless activity of huffing the back of his classmate's freshly befouled seat.
"Oh my gosh, is that Adrian?!"
"He's wearing a giant diaper!"
"He's gotten kinda fat..."
"Look at him sniffing that other kid's diaper! Eww, you can see the poop stains on it!"
"Adrian's got a huge lump on his butt, he took a dump in his pants!"
"Is he retarded or something?"
The small crowd gossiped and gawked at the ghastly sight of their former classmate. Some sounded like they were horrified or surprised, some sounded like they pitied the form he'd taken or were disgusted by it, and many sounded cruelly amused by the freakshow that Adrian had unwittingly put on.
"Should have guessed this would happen to him. Remember when he pooped himself in class last year? And then the teacher kicked him out?"
"Must have really gone to special ed. I thought that was just a rumor!"
"Looks like that's where he belongs though, haha!"
Adrian stopped snoofing when he heard all the crude mockery from the circle that'd grown around him. He still had a sense of shame, though it had atrophied almost as badly as his mind had. He tilted his head up, "Nuh-uh! No make poobie, no sniff poobie! Me not dummy-head!"
That just made the kids laugh even harder at his buffoonery.
"He sounds really stupid now..."
"Probably from sniffing doo-doo diapers all day!"
"Look at him drool!"
"He's barely got any teeth left!"
"Look at how fat he's gotten. He probably lost them from eating too much candy."
Adrian suddenly started to fart again and he rapidly plopped his butt down in the mud. It didn't stop him from passing gas or from pooping even more, since the mud began to bubble wildly around where his padded rump has been submerged. Everyone was still pointing and laughing.
Especially Bryce. Adrian stared at Bryce and thought horrible things. It might not be today, but vengeance *would* be his. The brown-noser would pay for everything he'd done.
