At The Door by The Strokes (Guitar Cover #319)

Thanks to VIP Coolestguyman for suggesting this one - though this was definitely a challenge. I'm not sure how many of you will even try to play this given the weird sounds - but hopefully you appreciate seeing how I tried to do it!
So - most of the sounds on this were originally using a Roland G-808 guitar through a Roland GR-300 Guitar synth from the 70's. Pat Metheny famously played one - but so did Andy Summers, Robert Fripp and even Bernie Marsden. I got an Electro Harmonix Synth 9 pedal... and did my best to replicate some of the sounds. It's far from perfect but it was a great way to explore a new pedal.
The tab and presets are attached as usual - but over 2024 I will only be making the downloadable tabs available through Musicnotes or MyMusicSheet. You’ll start to see the links in the Youtube video descriptions.
So - for this song - Patreon supporters can access the downloadable tabs (GuitarPro and pdf) plus the presets (Amplitube and screenshots) in the attached zip file. The videos and preset info is also on sparkyguitar.com
And click here for the full index of songs I've covered - and to see what I’m working on! (or use the A-Z Song List... or A-Z Band List)
