We are still ways off completing any story for any character currently. So you would have to wait many many updates until I could do this.

Well, one way might be to 'unlock' Hanna after completing the main storyline of the other characters who appear in her cafe? so you force consistency throughout the experience of the other stages, and just allow for more at the end?

Yes, you would need some reconciliation point in the stories of the different girls (not really sure if reconciliation is the right word in english). I understand that it is a lot of constraints for a minor result. Thank you anyway for the answer!

I would love to do this, just unsure how to do it considering that multiple girls go to the cafe where she works and I can't force players to have the same weight gain stages across all those characters.

I was wondering if you were planning on making Hanna gain weight as a background character in the game. I know she appears with (at least) Bonnie and Katrine, but maybe it is possible to reconciliate the two timelines at some point and allow the game to make the gain in this story canon haha. I know it could be complicated so it is just a thought!

Esmeralda wearing 5 or six inch heels is just hilarious to me. Like, goddamn, we're you not tall enough already? Can't say I dislike the effect it would create though, and she's certainly a beacon/shining example of why the shop exists.
