Making an 1830s Dress | The Bodice

I have been sewing a fair bit recently, just done a crap job of compiling that sewing into content.
This was made on a whim, but ended up being my big project for June. Every bit of it (especially the trim) was more time consuming than I anticipated, but I was pretty determined to get it, and the videos about it, done before the end of July.
Whether that actually happens is still to be determined, but the bodice is done! And this is the video all about making it. I hope you enjoy!

I love that trim! I think I'm going to borrow the idea for my robe a la Francaise Wonderland caterpillar...
The world needs more sparkle and shine. People would be happier if they had more bling in their lives. I'm so glad you added more. The bodies is gorgeous and I love the sequins on the flowers in the collar. Perfect! I hope your July morale was better than earlier in the Summer.
