Charlie is honestly fascinating as a main character. The one thing I appreciate is that Charlie actually gets called out on her shit throughout this season where other shows might have been like "ok what matters is that you meant well" which NO, that's not how that works. Thank you for bringing up how this was a lesson that both needed to happen & how it only really gets learned in a trial by fire. Like this is something everyone experiences, especially if you manage to gain a large audience, it is inevitable that someone will twist your words in the most negative way possible & trying to elaborate won't work bc they don't want to understand, they just want an excuse to hate you. Charlie has major abandonment issues which I will be genuinely shocked if it doesn't get touched on later in the show, especially as Lilith is coming back & is supposedly being a main player in season 3.
