I've had appendicitis and it is fucking aweful. It's like someone is stabbing you with a screwdriver and twisting it in your stomach. I asked my then gf to take me to the hospital and after that my memory just blacks out. They took my temperature at the hospital and I had 42,1 °C/107.6 °f fever, it is absolutely horrendous. You either go to surgery to have your appendix removed or they pump you full of really strong anti-biotics. I got the anti-biotic treatment. Funny thing about human body is, that we have bacteria in our colon and our bodies need those bacteria and anti-biotics destroy those bacteria. So I had to spend a week in isolation, peeing from my butt every ten minutes, while being pumped with more drugs to counter the effects the anti-biotics had. Thank god we have universal health care.
