I figured everybody would probably know this if they didn't already
🕑 Added 2024-10-01 17:08:15 +0000 UTCI am not that technically minded or savvy on such things but this is something that apparently is coming. My Patreon is built on the you get billed at the first of the month model. I don't know how many of you use the iOS app but apparently they're going to be pushing everyone to go to a subscription service but I believe next year.
I'm not really sure what could be done but I can do is just push it off until next year or until maybe they change their minds on this I have no clue!

Apple sucks I'm glad I never use it. Also just in case here's a vague reminder that it's tomorrow now. ;)

Yeah this is pretty much the sentiment I've been seeing from everyone else. Just don't use the iOS app with Patreon.

The best way to deal with this is to not use the iOS app. Use your phone's web browser. It's a good idea in general to not use apps if you can avoid it. Your phone's web browser has much stricter sandboxing so companies can't track you as easily.
