Monthly Updating Schedule
🕑 Added 2022-05-01 14:26:23 +0000 UTCI think I will go to something like a first and last of the month update schedule. During the month sprinkle in some WIPs as I go. Currently I am just doing a last of the month schedule.
Any thoughts from you on this new schedule change? Seems I still feel kinda new on what will make the best optimal schedule etc. ^_^

It's spelled algorithm! And Patreon doesn't have one - people get emails when you post, no matter when you post. The only thing I've seen that really makes a difference is that people are more likely to click on a post with at least one image on it.

Still enjoy this Herm Cringette here. But yeah, if you can show us a couple of your WIPs at the months start then send out the final bits at the months end that works fine. One thing I've notice others do: they'll post up the final results of a finished piece. Then come the month's end, they upload everything into a big file to share. Those are usually the hi-res files. WHen I see the files posted up before the month end upload, it's like a teaser to what you can expect in the final upload.

OK yah THAT would make sense. I just never get algorythms...how the hell do you spell that...or trends on WHEN in each month to post.

Wouldn't it make more sense to do a midmonth and then first or last of month post? If you do a first of the month and last of the month post you'll just be doing two posts in two days. Glad to have joined the Patreon, it's great seeing your art again :D

Family obligations have been super stressful and all emcompassing...and with that alleviated YEP MORE TIME FOR ART! ^_^ Trust me I am happy on that too!

That sounds good! A steady feed is good, but don't burn yourself out trying to create content for a whole month!
