Along with a few graphical fixes, it also uncensored Meltys Quest on Steam, making it the first Japanese eroge on Steam to be completely uncensored!! The uncensor patch was only previously available for Stream pre v1.2. There is now no uncensor patch. The Steam English version is uncensor by default, and all other versions will have mosaic censorship to abide to Japanese law.
