May has been a bit of a rough month...lots going on in the world but in my much smaller world, Casey has small cell lymphoma. I took her to a veterinary specialist to have a full ultrasound to identify a mass in her bladder detected when she had a urinary tract infection recently...which she has had more of in the recent months.
Low grade cancer of small cell lymphoma is the diagnosis. Luckily it is early enough that a steroid pill combined with chlorambucil...basically a VERY potent cancer fighting pill are what she is getting now. Unfortunately the chlorambucil pill is $30 apiece and on a regiment of once every 3 days it can add up. Unfortunately I noticed her appetite which usually is fine was pretty much just gone with that pill since it's one of the side effects. So now my vet and I have her on that pill once every 2 weeks, She will still get it;s benefits but I have already seen her appetite come back with this new schedule.
So yah...sorry for rambling on just well...as you all know she is a huge part of my life and as long as within reason and if not to decrease her daily life I will do everything I can.
BUT I do hope you like the art this month. I had a lot of fun with these pieces. Miss Savage even made a come back. Seeing all that old art made me want to give her a go. I am pretty proud also if Rocker Girl (a lioness who lost her tail in a very brutal bar fight), Reddd and Tequila who looks like he's on stage and about to wow the crowd with one helluva unforgettable show.

Oh Goodness. I'm really sorry to hear that about Casey though Gid. It's good that it was caught so early though, I'm sure she'll be okay with the medicine she's on. And yeah, the artwork is great as always. I absolutely love that Redd and Tequila. <3 It's great seeing a new Miss Savage as well. Anyway, really hope June's a better month for you and Casey and hope to hear back from ya soon.
