I saw Blake’s short about the Glyptodont. Can we know more about how they evolved, what niche they filled, how they interacted with humans and why they went extinct? -Drew Brammer

I'd love to see an episode on Lactase Persistence! It's poorly understood and the wild type has been treated like a disease, leading to poor food recommendations in many regions of the world. It's also interesting to see how culinary traditions differ based on the genetic trait!
