I've never watched Derry Girls so haven't been keeping up with that series -- but I love me some bake off any time β₯ I had no idea they did so many celebrity specials (I just looked that up). I've only ever watched the normal show.

re: Prue liking her own recipe -- typically for the technical challenge the contestants are given the ingredients and told what to make, but not *how* to make it. The instructions they were given, if any, aren't what you'd call a recipe in any modern sense of the word. Maybe they make it a bit easier on the celebs :) But I don't think so, it wouldn't be as much fun.
