Have you thought about doing the Paddington movies? They are very good and Simon Farnaby was not only a writer but also has a very funny cameo in all of them.

The executioner at the end was Ian getting his revenge. Croydon said “I thought at least Ian would be here” or something like that and then it reveals that he was actually there. Also the theatre Bill takes Anne (and yes her actual name was Anne Hathaway) to was the Globe theatre in London which was built to look like the actual theatre where Shakespeare’s plays were performed (I was there a couple years ago to watch a play. Very cool)
