Yeah, I would say they don't go to the extent of trying to calculate exactly how each task will be scored and how they related when designing, but if they have someone who seems to struggle overall, they likely do intentionally put the tasks that they excel in together to give them the best chance of winning an episode. There's still enough variance with the prize/live tasks and Greg's scoring that it won't always work out that way, but I think they can judge the rough quality of people's performances.

I'd agree, it's not like Alex is the editor or the only producer. Someone must have it all layer out before them before they go "live". 😉😏

Yeah I do agree with that, there have been exciting big points moments in this series that had zero impact on any actual results lol. But I originally thought it was more rigid than that and it was very much calculated

I completely agree that they "adjust" the episodes esp. when it comes to one contestant that never does well and then they inexplicably win an episode near the end of the season but that win has no effect on the outcome of the series. If you get my meaning. :)
