It's happening

But I am weighing up some options and I'd love you're input.
I would love to get 2 or 3 movies ahead, but with my complete inability to follow along with fantasy genre, I really benefit from commenters who fill in the gaps on things I may have misunderstood during my reaction.
If I upload Lord of the Rings videos here, who considers themselves a semi expert on that genre and can correct old Adzy when he doesn't know what he's talking about.
That is the basic decision I'm making... get a few movies ahead on Patreon before going live, or record them and upload on some kind of schedule from the first movie.
They added benefit to being ahead, is I can promote the other movies being on Patreon in advance and that will hopefully draw more people to the Patreon (call it the Hamilton boom 2.0 lol)
Keen to hear what you all think about this idea. I value all of your opinions and I'm excited/nervous to embark on the epic journey that is Lord of the Rings

There are many lovely crucial scenes. Don’t let the run times scare you. Again, half hour or so of credits. But also, I can all but guarantee you it will not feel like 4 hours. You can always pause and take a breather in the middle if you’re really struggling.

Yes, it’s very common. They’re widely considered the best versions. Also, there’s at least half an hour of credits padded in to the run time of each movie. And by the time you get to return of the king I promise you it will not feel like 5 hours. You can always give yourself a little intermission if you need to though.

I dont think I can physically do a 4.5 hour extended edition lol, that is absurd. Is there anything crucial in the extended versions or is it all just garnish?

So the Return of the King extended edition is nearly 5 hours long.......... I dont know if thats physically possible for me to do in one sitting. Do other reactors do the extended editions?

Not everyone is a fan of HP series but FW did a masterful job of reacting to those that had me laughing the whole way through! He is a great reactor, lots of fun!

No worries, we fans will give you more info than you probably want! You won't regret this journey as the LOTR trilogy is amazing, but be sure to please do the extended editions!!! I'm part of that "Hamilton boom" (lol) and I'm thrilled to be here for your Tolkien journey. Thanks!

You could always try keep notes like Blind Wave does lol

Oh man, I'm so jealous. I kinda wish I hadn't first watched them as a kid - watching them for the first time is special. There are definitely a bunch of fans who'll help you out, the lore is deep! Also don't worry about it, at the end of the day the books and movies are a fun ride 🙂
