They can't generate them naturally, no. The medical technology exists in Cephilusk society, and it is freely available to their citizens. I also love these designs, but to be clear, they're two new characters and not redraws of existing ones. I'm 99% confident you're aware, but thought I'd just clarify just in case for that 1%. <3

Cephilusk can't regenerate they're tentacle like octopus ? (and really love this new design make then more thinner but still muscular)
