South Park Season 13 Episode 5 (Fishsticks)
🕑 Added 2023-10-17 17:20:47 +0000 UTCWhat an entertaining episode to bring me back into the world of South Park after having to deal with COVID for a couple weeks there! And it was surprising to see that some of the concepts relate to some of what's going on these days. I mean, I could just be making connections never really intentional, but that's what makes this fun, right? Providing unique commentary and analyses on the material in front of me, long as I'm not claiming the original content as my own except for what actually is my own?
I promise that last question makes more sense with more context which I do discuss a little in the episode. Anyways, let's make sure to make fun of Kanye being made fun of, and for the lovable Jimmy to grow a pair.

It did not for me.....but the results were still hilarious.

It was definitely a funny episode! What a parody, and one I greatly appreciated at that.

Just became a kanye fan a while ago, but this episode it still funny as hell. The gay fish song is a bop no cap lol

Fun fact, searching "Gay Fish" on YouTube instantly pulls up Kanye's account.

That makes this episode INFINITELY funnier.

I watched it, and what a wholesome video! Seems Bill Hader has a really positive relationship with the SP team.

But Kanye do be Kanye, can't understand it to save his life. Can't wait to watch the rest of the season!

The funniest part about this is that Kanye didn't even understand the joke in real life. Look up the video 'kanye west on the south park "fish sticks" joke over a decade' - he references South Park in a few of his songs and he's so butt hurt

SNL comedian Bill Hader was part of the writing staff for this episode; there is a YouTube short interview where he goes over his relation to South Park and his part in this episode as his first collaboration. Just search in YouTube for "Bill Hader fishsticks", it's easy to find.

I love how Carlos is begging him to understand the joke π Your in a great season
