[Commissioned] A Tale of Two Pups

While other deals with with the experimental division newest project for conditioning difficult and unruly pets. The truth though is that both girls are the same person... erm pet. You see life is filled with many hard choices. Some embrace change, welcome new challenges, and look for the positives in every moment. Others reject changes, lash out when things get tough, and have to be taught to accept the positives. This is the dual realities of Pepper and the results of her choices up to now. Though her paths may differ, one thing is for sure. She will become the best puppy she can be, willingly or unwillingly. ----- A story and commission req by our supporter, Maddisaurus. The innocent left side, and the right side that looks more like the puppy, are also cute. The arm length is shorter than the tits, so I imagine her breast being swept to the ground when she walk. Both would think we are lovely 'pets'. (Translated)
