"Yusuf?" Leta looked at the person on the ground and went over to help him up with obvious concern.
"Leta, my little sister." Yusuf Kama looked at Leta with tears streaming down his eyes.
"So he is your brother; then who am I?" Credence stepped past Nagini with desperate urgency.
"You are actually still alive; how peculiar. After the deep... cough cough, after the New York incident, how did you survive?"
Aiden went over and patted Credence—his back was quite solid and real.
"I escaped with a small part of it!"
Credence extended his hand, and black liquid flowed visibly through his blood vessels.
"Merlin's beard." Aiden somewhat wanted to take the person before him back for careful dissection.
"Alright, I do not care about that. Now tell me who I am. I do not want to live without a name, without origins. Just tell me my story, and then you can settle the grudge between us." Credence looked at Yusuf Kama with intense determination.
"Your story is my story." Yusuf Kama glanced at Leta meaningfully. "Our story."
"No, Yusuf." Leta shook her head, begging him not to tell the painful truth.
"My father was Mustafa Kama, a descendant of pure Senegalese blood, skilled in powerful spells."
Yusuf Kama came to the centre of the cemetery and began to narrate with solemn gravity.
"My mother, Laurena, was also from a noble family and very beautiful. A man, from a French noble family, desired to possess her. Lestrange cast the Imperius Curse on her, abducted her, and attacked me. The last time I saw my mother, she died in childbirth giving birth to a baby girl."
Yusuf pointed at Leta with accusation. "You."
"My father was filled with hatred. Before he died, he made me promise to kill the person Lestrange loved most. At first, I thought this would be a simple task. After all, he only had one relative in the world—Leta..."
Yusuf Kama hesitated, and Leta spoke with a downcast expression: "Continue."
"He never loved Leta. Within three months of my mother's death, he found someone new. Until he had a son, this man who knew nothing of love poured all his heart and soul into you."
Yusuf Kama drew his wand and pointed it directly at Credence with murderous intent.
"When he learnt that the heir of the Kama family was hunting his son, he panicked. He hurriedly sent you to America, cared for by a half-blood goblin. Your magical power was so weak that I could not track you. But fortunately, today I can personally fulfil the Kama family's destiny."
Yusuf Kama had his wand pressed against Credence's throat threateningly.
"So I am Corvus Lestrange?" Credence closed his eyes with resignation.
"No! He is not!" Leta shouted desperately.
"Yes, he is. Someone pulled him from the water. Think of your Lestrange family prophecy—Tycho Dodonus. 'A son cruelly banished, a daughter heartbroken and despairing. A warrior returns for revenge, taking wing from water.'"
Yusuf Kama waved his arms dramatically.
"Look, now everything is complete. The heartbroken daughter." He pointed at Leta.
"The banished son, taking wing from water." He looked at Credence.
"The vengeful warrior." He finally pointed at himself with obvious satisfaction.
"Uh, I do not know if you have noticed, but your prophecy order is wrong."
A young voice pulled Yusuf Kama out of his own delusional world.
"Impossible!" Yusuf Kama became somewhat manic with denial.
"Buddy, the Tycho Dodonus prophecy is exclusive to the Lestrange family. From the materials I have encountered, the entire prophecy was the result of heavy interference by the Lestrange family. So the targets the prophecy refers to must all be members of the Lestrange family. So, do you notice the inconsistency in this prophecy?"
Aiden looked at Yusuf and patted his back with gentle correction.
"So the vengeful warrior should not be me?" Yusuf could not quite believe it.
"Exactly." Aiden shrugged with casual certainty.
"Impossible, you must be lying to me. You want to exonerate him, right!" Yusuf pointed his wand at Credence again with renewed fury.
"Enough, Yusuf. Stop deceiving yourself. He is not Corvus."
Leta rushed out, holding her family tree with trembling hands.
"Corvus is dead, killed by my own hand!"
Leta opened the book, and a sapling grew from it with magical light.
"My father had a strange family tree. Men's names would appear on it; women appeared as flowers."
At the top, Corvus Lestrange's name appeared in glowing letters.
"Back then, my father sent me and Corvus to America together. Irma pretended to be our grandmother. On the ship, Corvus would not stop crying. I switched him with the child across from us. I swear I did not mean to hurt him. But the woman holding Corvus—her boat capsized, and she and Corvus sank to the bottom together."
Leta dragged out the secret she had buried in her heart for years, collapsing to the ground as if her spine had been removed.
"Leta, I know you did not mean it. It was not your fault." Newt comforted her with gentle understanding.
"Newt, there is no monster you do not love." Leta turned back with bitter self-awareness.
"Do you know who that woman was?" Tina asked with practical concern.
"I do not know." Leta shook her head with genuine regret.
"So my origins remain unknown?" Credence clenched his fists with growing frustration.
"Oh, I might know a little." Aiden raised his hand with casual confidence.
"You?" came five voices in unison.
"Who am I exactly?" Credence rushed over and grabbed Aiden's shoulders desperately.
"When I was helping Newt separate the Obscurus from your body earlier, I discovered a huge Othala rune in your bloodline."
Aiden waved his wand, and the surrounding light flew over to form a ᛟ, floating above everyone's heads.
"Because of my mentor's influence, I have some understanding of their family's alchemy. From this, I reverse-engineered a little information." Aiden pinched his thumb and forefinger together.
"You mean... I might be from your teacher's family?" Credence grasped the information with desperate hope.
"Yes, my teacher Albus Dumbledore. I speculate you might be a descendant of the Dumbledore family." Aiden revealed the answer with certainty.
"Then you..." Credence wanted to ask more, but the cemetery's stone door suddenly opened with ominous timing.
"Queenie?" Jacob happened to be right by the stone door, and he was the first to walk in with obvious joy.
"Come on, let us see what surprise Grindelwald has prepared for us." Aiden also walked in with grim anticipation.
The circular venue was filled with wizards who had come to listen to Grindelwald's persuasive voice. A fanatical atmosphere was surging through the crowd.
'Only a few hundred, not enough.' Aiden walked while stealing the secrets hidden in these wizards' hearts through his supernatural abilities.
As the secrets accumulated, Aiden gradually began to sense their connections to the collective unconscious sea.
"So this is where the Observer's ability to perceive all secrets comes from," Aiden thought with growing understanding.
