Even more late, but here's the monthly update!

It's been a few months since this mess started, and most of you have been supporting me since the beginning. Both my mental and physical health have vastly improved in these past few months. Not stressing so much about my life every day has been so relaxing. I still have some worries every now and then, but nothing that compares to the fear of starving. So once again, thank you. Now, lemme show you what I did this month!
Meatballs!!! I'm slowly expanding my cooking skills, by trying new dishes. I try to at least make one new dish per month. But not gonna lie, it's been pretty hard. I keep messing up, although I guess that's normal, isn't it? For example, I burned the onions and garlic I used here not once, but twice. Obviously I couldn't use rock solid garlic and onions for this, so I had to try a third time, and hey, it worked! It was pretty tasty!
I don't remember if I talked about this or not before, but just to be sure, I'll bring it up again. I'm starting to mess with sauces for my pasta. I have no idea what this sauce is called in English. Google translator tells me it's "Cream", but I'm not sure...
All the rest is either old dishes, or simple stuff, like some random sausages on bread. I've been pretty busy with the VAing stuff for the series, so I've barely had time to try out new stuff. Hopefully I'll get the chance to, after we're done with X8!
