Doc.
Dialogue:
(Holmes creeping up on the curtain. He plunges his free hand into it)
Holmes: AHA! COME OUT, YOU VILLAIN!
(He drags out a child <Jinx> by the collar, the child is frightened)
Wiggins: Mister 'Omes! Mister 'Omes! It's me--Wiggins! O' th' Baker Street Irregulars!
(A second ragamuffin child comes out behind him)
Kasi: I wanted to call us "Th' Speckled Band" but 'ee wouldn't 'ave it!
Wiggins (frowning): Well, we ain't all got spots, do we now?
Holmes: WIGGINS! Focus! ... What news do you bring me?
Wiggins (saluting): Nuffin', Sir.
Holmes: "Nothing?"
Wiggins: No Sir. We bin wotchin' va docks an' va railway stations, an we ain't seem nobody fittin' va d'scription you gived us.
Holmes: Curiouser and curiouser. So it would seem our thief is sitting on the plans...but why?
(I can't draw Kasi at all. You can dress her either as a girl, like Alice in Wonderland, or in boy's clothes, like a paperboy with a big floppy hat. I initially thought that she would be Irene's daughter and would thus be dressed better, but that doesn't really fit the narrative at all. Her appearance is really just a cameo and to use a cute little joke that no one will get.)

I suspected the dynamic duo were back there. Representing the Irregulars with style.

Hey, how'd they know he was there? Knowing things like that is most of their job. And the rest? Tobacco aquisitions. Oh. O.K.
