Fillergree!

No issues with fillers at all! I'm opening 2-3 dozen webcomics daily and just skip those that didn't update - which are most, only a few update daily. So jumping from different storylines with one-shots jokes inbetween is my regular experience anyway :) Also I do enjoy re-reading longer arcs at a later time, when a substantial amount is finished and I can binge-read it (I've even created a binge-reader "all on one page" for a few comics, yours included). So from my perspective, no harm neither short- nor long-term in taking all the time you need. To the contrary: fillers give me a chuckle (so please keep them in the archive), and a burned-out artist is bad. ...but yes I'm very curious what kind of mischief the rat pack is planning.

Don't be upset. I enjoyed seeing Doc get a pie to the face.

Take care of yourself first. We'll be here when you're able to continue. At least it's chocolate, this time? That could have been a crappy experience!

Yeah we don't need your content becoming questionable like that other guy... take all the time off you need.

That pose is one of the hi-res prints/images that Doc was selling a few posts back.

Doc, anyone who follows webcomics who DOESN'T learn patience is an unappreciative fool! Besides, you've been at this since 2005..., our appreciation has been deservedly earned several times over! Take it easy when you need to!

Life first, comics -- somewhere farther down the list. Besides, we got to see a Pirta pose on a calendar! (Hmm... that would make an interesting product.)

Take care of yourself, you're no good to us dead!

Take the time you need. Don't want you burning out. These times are stressing us all out.

Do what you gotta do, and don't worry about us. We've all been there and are a very understanding bunch.

We all get it, man, no worries!
