I also thought her tongue was blue or purple.(╹ω╹) However, according to what I heard, her blood seems to contain hemoglobin....!

I think a regular green tongue would be alright.

And regarding the tongue, its officially been depicted as orange, but some artist seem to make it green. Personally i think orange is best.
