New Video! Stretches for Musicians (and everyone!)
🕑 Added 2019-05-16 20:45:42 +0000 UTCHi Guys! Here's a short stretching routine that I do for my neck, back, shoulders, arms, wrists, and fingers. With so much of our day hunched forward over our instruments and in the studio on the computer, these stretches help to relax and open up our bodies. Let me know what you think!
The soundtrack I composed for this video I call "Dark Meditation" and the cello is actually my Cinesamples Tina Guo Acoustic Legato patch. Thanks, RoboGuo! hehe. :D
