I’m having severe cramps and some bleeding right now. I had an endometrial ablation almost 2 yrs ago so it must be my uterine lining growing back…Grrrrrrr…I’m someone who would’ve been great with no period passed 23, which is when I had my last child. Love the "before falling asleep" part of the audio a lot. This side of Gallo is very comforting and perfect if beeing in pain. What else did we learn? The sleeping part is not for me, which is perfectly fine and i think others enjoy it to the fullest. Guess i can´t have a man who snores or need to make sure to fall asleep before he does. :D
