Brutalist Aluminum Refinery. Early Access Pack.

Unlike my previous aluminum factory it is using extra raw resources like quartz, sulfur and limestone. Designed around mk 5 belts it can be stacked in 4x4 manner with bauxite (600) and limestone (720) as the main limiting factors for the vertical stacks. One module will produce 200 aluminum ingots per minute. Full building 3200! Five buildings can refine full map worth of bauxite...
Byproduct water is destroyed by the coal generator, removing extra layer of complexity from this factory. 2 pipes of water and 2 aluminum outputs are separated for the ease of setup.
It is still very-very EA print and I want to work more on the exterior prints after holydays. Especially on the top and bottom. Functionally it should be fine. Although I only bench-tested it atm, still need to build proper setup in the live world.
Quite busy with IRL and would not release any video for this one. I hope to be back in full swing with videos in a week or two!

No worries, didnβt think you were. Just frustrating for me for it not to work when it usually does. π

Never tried to imply you were a noob.

I did, and Iβm about 800 hours in so not a noob and other designs have worked flawlessly, but maybe it was a one time glitch. I already tore it down but Iβll try it again. Thx!

I just laid this, and you attached the pipes to the pipes with the pumps on them right? It works for me..

Love your designs! However, I canβt get the water to flow for some reason. I have three pumps in a manifold to two pipes with extra pumps to handle the head lift, and the pipes leading to the plant are full and working fine. The pipes inside the plant are empty. And the machines do not have water leading to them. Not sure what the problem is. I see plenty of silica being made, but nothing else. Update: I traced it to a problem, probably, at the blender. It shows I have almost no water inflow but everything else is fine, so itβs not making Al scrap. Why is my water not getting there?
