The Wet Blanket
🕑 Added 2021-12-29 05:23:50 +0000 UTC“I’m not coming out, go away please!” Cried Jason, the politeness in his request was dripping with sarcasm.
It was that time of year again as soon as it got to the middle of December the festivities ramped up in his families household. He was the wet blanket in the family, his father mother and both younger sisters loved this time of year. He found himself isolated and alone in his hatred; he couldn’t even use puberty as an excuse for wanting to separate from the family. He was a young adult now, worked a part time job had his own car, it was a hunk of junk but he was proud of it nonetheless. Gone were the days where he found enjoyment from the holiday ‘fun’ his parents planned. Sure maybe he was being a spoil sport but he had out grown all of it.
His sisters weren’t even that much younger than he was, he couldn’t fathom why they still had fun with everything they planned. Picking out a tree, carolling, looking at the Christmas light displays the thought of it irked him. It just all felt so forced, it became such a chore he just wanted to relax after work, sit on his computer and watch a movie or play some games. Instead he was forced to tag along with whatever they had planned. Normally throughout the year it was all kept to a relative minimum, it was Christmas where they all went overboard. He had to partake too, while he wasn’t paying rent he was still considered their sweet young man. He often contemplated paying his share of living expenses instead of just blowing it on random crap just to get them off his back about it. But having no expenses other than his cell phone meant being able to do pretty much anything with his money with no consequence.
Despite his cries to leave him alone so he could try and fall back to sleep his family was having none of it and his mother barged into his room.
“Jason, I won’t be having this fight with you all month long again young man. Consider this your one and only warning.”
She threw open the curtains and just as quickly pulled back his duvet leaving the young man lying their exposed in his plain white briefs. His mother looked down for a moment and he saw her shaking his head, he wasn’t sure where that look came from. Not until he followed her gaze and noticed the miniscule wet spot on his underwear that had leaked from the tip of his groin.
Quickly Jason covered himself before declaring. “Mum would you get out I’ll get up alright?”
She smiled plainly and left without as much as a word.
Jason groaned, the wet spot meant nothing it happened to most guys with an uncircumcised penis. But the look he got from his mother for it was humiliating and he wasn’t sure what the conclusion she was drawing up in her head might be. Before deciding what to wear he took a whiff of his body odour and decided it would be best to shower first. Quickly he dashed through the hallway in his underwear to the bathroom and conveniently found it empty. The warm water cascading down his naked body was a welcomed reprieve and he finally felt himself relaxing after being so abruptly awoken by his mother. It wasn’t long before he heard a sharp knock on the door and a voice belonging to one of his sisters telling him to hurry up.
Reluctantly Jason turned off the taps before drawing a fresh towel over his body. He probably should have brought some clean clothes to the room with him, but it wasn’t the first time he had moved coyly between rooms wrapped in a towel. His sister was waiting for him the moment he stepped out into the hallway.
“Hurry up we’re waiting for you.”
Jason groaned. “Relax would you, I’m going, I’m going.” He repeated as his sister gave him a sharp push urging him forward.
He found it odd that she was following him to his bedroom; he assumed she needed the bathroom and was impatiently waiting for him to finish. Before he could step over the threshold into the safety of his bedroom he felt a thud as he was pushed inside. Unable to react in time his towel was snatched away from him and Jason found himself standing stark naked right before his mother.
“What the fuck.” He whined, quickly using both hands to cover himself.
“I’m making sure you follow through with your promise, you said you wouldn’t give me any grief.”
“I wasn’t lying, what are you doing in here.” He said screwing up his face, a mixture of disgust and confusion at this blatant abuse of his privacy.
“Good, then you won’t put up a fuss about any of this.” She said, motioning to the pile she had placed on the bed.
Jason couldn’t get a good look at what she was gesturing too, that was until she held up a thick plastic disposable diaper that she scrunched up between her hands.
“I wasn’t going to do this right away, but after seeing your little mishap I couldn’t wait any longer.”
Jason blushed beet red. “I wasn’t…. I didn’t piss myself.” He spluttered.
“Now you said you weren’t going to fight me on this, do you want your father to come in here and put you over his lap?”
He could hear voices on the other side of his bedroom door; clearly his two sisters were listening in on this just out of view much to his embarrassment. The threat of a spanking felt all too real and even though he couldn’t remember the last time he had been subject to one it still made him feel so small. Maybe it was because he stood naked before his mother who was intending on diapering him for the first time since he was a baby, but he found himself unable to resist and timidly shook his head.
“I’ll put the diaper on.” He said meekly.
“That’s ok.” His mother smiled, “That’s what mommy is here for.”
She gently took his hand and pulled him over to his bed and was quickly laid down. She unfurled the crinkly padding and gently guided his bottom up so she could slide it under. Jason heard the crinkle and winced as his rear came into contact with the soft diaper. It felt so surreal and he couldn’t have ever imagined himself being in this position. As his mother prepared lotion and powder he looked over her shoulder and saw two smiling faces watching him from the doorway. Tearfully he said nothing too afraid of any potential consequence if he was to cause a fuss.
His mother cooed gently as Jason reacted to the cool cream being spread over his privates. The powder was next, his mother giving him a liberal coating, to prevent any diaper rashes she said as she did so. He couldn’t believe any of this was happening and he watched on unable to resist as she pulled the front of his diaper over and sealed the four tapes over the front, sealing him into his new plastic prison.
With his diapering finished his mother stood back and looked down, she had a big smile plastered across her face as she admired her handiwork.
“It’s been some time since I’ve put my little guy into diapers, I’m glad I haven’t lost my touch it must be like riding a bike!”
Jason cringed, the casual metaphor and the nonchalant way his mother was going about his diapering did nothing to put him at ease.
His attention was quickly brought back to her as she pulled out what looked like a large baby’s onesie that he had failed noticed before. She held it invitingly in front of her; It was quite obviously Christmas themed. Red and green stripes, a cute motif of Rudolf and his big red nose were planted in the centre. White trim lined the collar and cuffs and he could see snaps at the bottom where it joined up, obviously intended to be worn by someone still in diapers.
“I had this especially made for you sweetheart.”
He watched as she turned it over triumphantly and he got his first look at the back. The pattern continued around the back it was mostly the same except for the words planted across the lower back.
“Mummy’s little stinker Jay Jay.”
The words were clearly mocking him, perhaps meant to be cute if he was actually the correct age to wear something so infantile. But the message was foreboding was he actually supposed to use his diaper. His question was answered all too quickly and fears confirmed as his mother helped him into it.
“I have a bunch more outfits like this one on the way little Jay Jay, if you keep your promise and don’t put up a fight I might let you out at New Year’s.”
Jason gulped, was he really going to let himself be subjected to this for two whole weeks. Not to mention in front of his family, and were they planning on parading him around dressed like this in public.
“You’ll be using your diapers for all intended purposes too honey, no more potty for you it will be wonderful having my baby boy back again.”
She lovingly pulled him into her arms and held him tightly against her breast. Jason couldn’t help but let out a little wee into his diaper as his mind raced now faced with his new humiliated status in the family. He could only hope that his mother would keep her word if he kept his, he couldn’t bear the thought of going into next year this way.
