The Daycare Worker - Part 3
🕑 Added 2021-09-25 12:53:29 +0000 UTCThe next conversation with his mother went the same as the first; she even seemed to expect this eventuality. He toddled home with his diaper displayed proudly on view clutching pathetically to his mother’s hand as he did his best to avoid any eye contact on the way to the car. When he was told he couldn’t remove his diaper he threw his biggest toddler tantrum since he was one. Stamping his foot in frustration his mother watched on waiting for the moment to end before she granted his wish. Pulling his diaper off she had the big baby over her lap in an instant and wasted to time spanking him till his bottom glowed. The now blubbering boy was then made to stand in the corner of the living room; the threat of another spanking if he moved even an inch loomed over him. His mother sat in the other room, sipping from her coffee as she browsed through the television occasionally her gaze turned toward him. She couldn’t help but smirk each time as she saw what had become of her son and his newly found infantile state.
Jean dared not complain when he was finally freed from his time out, did not speak one word in defiance as his diaper was pulled back up and the tapes refastened. He winced as the padding came into contact with his red bum, but managed to hold his tongue with only a single tear shed revealing his pain. He was left to his own devices but barred from all electronics for the night as further punishment for his misdemeanour. Escaping in his books it wasn’t long before the urge to urinate came suddenly and strongly. As the pressure grew it became more of a distraction and hindrance then he could deal with. Rather than risk another punishment asking to use the toilet when he was pretty sure he knew the answer, he released his bladder into his thirsty padded prison. It was a new low knowingly peeing himself into a diaper like an un-potty-trained infant. He recoiled when the freshly wet diaper came into contact with his spanked bottom causing it to sting and him to yelp in pain.
The sun was going down and his mother finally came in to his room and told him it was lights out. Rather than spend the night in his bed with a cold clammy diaper he decided to speak up.
“I’m wet.”
He called out softly as his mother went to leave his room.
She turned around and silently made her way over and pulled back his sheet to inspect his diaper. Jean flinched as her fingers coiled their way inside the cuff and touched his bottom. She left the room wordlessly before returning with a single diaper and some cream.
“You’re lucky Laura thought to give me a spare.” She said scrunching the fresh diaper.
Jean didn’t resist, he didn’t have any fight left in him, all thoughts of rebellion left when they were spanked out of him. After the dirty diaper was pulled out from beneath him and the clean one replaced its position he started fidgeting and yelping as the cool cream was rubbed over his backside.
His mother cooed and deposited his pacifier between his lips that she had retrieved from his bedside. It stopped his hollering but again his cheeks were stained with fresh tears as he tried his best to ignore the stinging pain he was feeling. For all it was worth the fresh diaper felt much nicer then the dirty soggy one that had begun to smell of stale pee. It was a welcomed change once the stinging wore off and he was left alone to his thoughts. His mother seemed so cold toward him today, her mood had been shifting and he hoped she would treat him better tomorrow. It seemed odd how he suddenly yearned for her affection after she did nothing to defend his treatment at Laura’s hand. But with everything that happened he felt so lost and helpless, nothing felt in place like his life was one big jigsaw puzzle and suddenly none of the pieces fit right. His thoughts ran wild as he stared up at the ceiling; the realisation that he was still sucking on his pacifier was the last thing he remembered before drifting off.
With the morning light came fresh revelation, he would still be going back to day-care except this time he would be arriving in diapers. As the curtains were drawn back a fresh shirt was pulled over his head and he was made to retrieve his pacifier on his way to breakfast. His mother had already made him a bowl of cereal and allowed him to feed himself. She made an offhand comment, ‘If you’re messy and slow I’ll feed you myself.’ It caused Jean to scoff it down as fast as he could, using careful precision not to spill a single drop. He even brought his dirty dishes over to the sink; his mother noticed giving him a nod of approval. He watched from the living room as she dotted around the house fetching her work bag and getting organised. The feeling of a full bladder came on as strongly as the night before, but this time Jean gave in quicker almost like he was enjoying the feeling of warming his diaper with pee.
His mother noticed the wet padding as she came over with his shoes and socks and took it upon herself to tie them on.
“I’m sure Laura won’t mind dealing with that sweetheart, we don’t have any diapers here anyway I’ll pick some up today.”
Her remarked caused a cold shiver to rise up his spine and his heart began to beat faster. How long was her treatment going to last, he figured this was all a punishment for how he had been acting up and failing at his job. He remained submissively silent, phantom pains shot over his bottom reminding him of the punishment that awaited him if he were to act up again. It wasn’t worth the risk; his only option as far as he could tell was to remain on his best behaviour until it was over. Perhaps no one outside of the day-care and his home would find out about his demotion to diapers and forced return to childhood. As he looked at his feet on the way to the front door he stopped in his tracks suddenly becoming acutely aware of his pants less state. The thought of becoming so used to being seen wadding around dressed in only his diapers that he didn’t even notice was pushed back as he suddenly and somewhat rudely blurted out.
“PANTS.”
His mother stopped and turned heel to face him, the stern look she gave him caused a shiver to wash over his body and he stood as stiff as a board instantly regretting the outburst.
Thankfully his mother took mercy on him this time, perhaps it was the tight schedule she was kept to not being used to dropping her adult son off at day care before going to work herself. But for whatever the reason she responded lightly, even if her reasoning was somewhat unreasonable.
“No sweetheart, they need to see your diapers to know when to change you. You didn’t come to me both times when you wet you can’t be trusted.”
Jeans bottom lip trembled but this time he decided to take advantage of his pacifier he had clutched in his hand opting to bring it along willingly. He quickly put it in his mouth and sucked on the teat greedily. In less than a day he had become attached to this piece of baby paraphernalia and was dependent on it to calm him down. His mother smiled and gave him a hug as she watched the infantile act play out before her. Her baby was returning to her and he was becoming as sweet and dotting as he once was. She would have loved to revel in the moment for longer but unfortunately it would have to wait as she was already running behind. Taking her sons hand she gleefully left the home with her timid boy in tow. It was a peaceful car ride on the way to the day care; she had to force herself to stop looking at him through the mirror. Her eyes were drawn to him, even his diaper stood out like a beacon to her, a strong maternal side she thought long forgotten had quickly resurfaced.
The bashful boy was soon handed over to Laura as they met her by the entrance, she couldn’t believe the panging guilt she felt as she watched him go. The sliding doors closed abruptly between them as they waved goodbye to one another. She hadn’t felt like this since he was an infant and it had gotten to her so much she quit her job to spend more time with him. She watched for a moment as she collected her thoughts, they had quite a bit of savings work had become an escape for her and she was confident she could live off her investments. But now it looked like her baby needed her more, perhaps she would quit, but this was his job now technically. Her thoughts were a mess that needed time to unravel; she drove off glumly watching the day care in her reverse mirror fade off into the distance as memories of her baby boy flooded her mind.
