“It isn’t going to be easy just so you know, this isn’t high school cheerleading where you get to parade around shaking pompoms for the boys. This is professional college cheerleading, we take things much more seriously around here. No more dancing for fun, we go hard and bring back results, and you’re all still standing here so you think you have what it takes? Good, let’s see if you can all prove yourself worthy of joining the Furies. The tryouts will run over the full weekend, any slacking or if at any point I think you can’t cut it then you’re out no second chances. You all heard me, now I want you all warming up, make sure you do it properly this is going to be a gruelling trial.
Well if it isn’t our little celebrity; don’t think just because I know who your mother is I won’t be going any easier on you. I’ve been coaching this college team for the past eight years, dozens of trophies sit on our schools mantles because of my leadership. I won’t be letting you jeopardize that just because your mother used to be the star of the team back in her heyday. I don’t want any trouble from you, just perform the best you can any slacking then you’re off the team just like anybody else. Let’s just see if the talent runs in the family, just by first impressions and taking a good look at your scrawny body and height I very much doubt it.”
“You’re such a brat, exactly like I expected if I’m being honest. There were plenty of girls who did better than you and they still didn’t make the cut, just because your mother still has so much influence over here you get special treatment. I get that she brought us advertisers, sponsors and a tonne of state money that helped this campus grow. But it’s all a farce, if I let you in then that shows I lack integrity and I still have a spine. If they want to ‘threaten’ to lower my position then I’ll just leave any school will be glad to pick me up. I can’t believe you whined to the Dean like a shitty little princess who always gets her way. In my team we reward hard work and skill, no free rides that’s what I told you. You did so badly I honestly am telling you the truth when I say you were my last pick for the team. It’s not entirely your fault, you did try but your small size makes you look like a little girl wanting to join in with her big sister and friends.
But you know what, the Dean didn’t say at what capacity you had to be involved with the team, just to give you a spot. I think I have the perfect thing in mind for you, it will suit you don’t worry, you might actually be good at it. You’re going to be my assistant, oh no nothing like that you won’t be in charge of anything really. You will just help motivate the team and do what I ask you too. Just think of yourself as our cheerleader, we can get you your own pompoms so you can prance around just like you used to do at all the cute boys football games. Well there aren’t any boys in this team but I promise you the outfit I have in mind will be much more cute and suitable for someone like yourself. Just wait until you see it, I’ll have to speak to your mother too I bet even she would agree with me.”
“Haha, what did I tell you! Even your mother agrees that you deserve this. She was so disappointed to hear that you tried to use her name to get yourself a spot on the team. She worked so hard when she was here, she didn’t take any shortcuts or try and bribe her way to the top. Long nights, early morning sweat and tears is what shot her to the top. Think of this as your redemption for trying to sully her name. You should really be thanking me; if I let you get your own way then you would have brought us down with you. How humiliating would that be, your mothers prodigy daughter stopping our winning streak and turning us into a joke because you just didn’t have what it took to be a good cheerleader. Your mother even spoke with the Dean and managed to convince him that you didn’t deserve the spot and to just let me take the reins.
He back peddled so hard that he threatened to suspend you unless you did exactly what I said from now on. Look at you, you did such a good job of letting me take charge of you and you’ve been following my every instruction. Aren’t you happy that I even got you your own cheerleading dress just like the other girls. I even shortened the skirt of it for you so you can flash all the boys your adorable underwear. Unfortunately I don’t think that thick diaper of yours is going to win any hearts over. But it’s a sure hit with all the girls in the team, they just love having a baby sister to coo over. They love seeing you out there with your hair in pig tails, pacifier bobbing in and out of your mouth while you shake and dance, seeing your adorable diaper wiggle and shake. They love taking it in turns changing you too; you make the perfect baby cheerleader.
Maybe if you keep practicing in your own time you can eventually get good enough to take another shot at try outs next year. But judging from the expression you make when you realise you’ve had an accident in your diaper, maybe you should just try and focus on not completely losing your toilet training. Otherwise your mommy might need to keep you in diapers fulltime, not just when we’re out at games and having training.”
