“Alright Mr, your mother asked me to take you along with us tonight. I’m doing this as a favour to her and also because I would rather my nephew didn’t grow up to be a delinquent. Now it’s extremely important that you do everything I say, understand? You think it’s funny do you? Well you won’t be laughing if someone comes up to us holding a gun. Now nothing like that should happen but in case it does no matter what, you stay in the car ok? Good boy, see this will be fun, maybe you will want to join the police force, you are old enough now. You definitely lack the discipline but who knows maybe something will stick and you will turn yourself around. As long as you decide to never shoplift again I will consider that a job well done. Trust me after you see some of the people we deal with on a weekly basis and the state they live in, you won’t ever consider doing something like that again.
You think your tough now but you wait and see. I bet by the end of the night you’ll be crying for mummy, turned into a big sissy baby because the big scary criminals scared you. You don’t think that’s going to happen? I guess we will have to wait and see then won’t we. Alright come along then, looks like my partners back with the coffee. She brought you some too, you do drink coffee right big boy? I’m just kidding I know you don’t, your much too little for adult drinks like that, she brought you a coke instead so make sure you say thank you. Oh, you just don’t like the taste of coffee is that it? That’s just because your taste buds haven’t had time to develop yet. You want me to stop teasing you? Well then move your butt and prove to me what a big tough young man you are tonight.”
